The French Mistake 2... In A Whole New World

Weeks gone by and Mikayla's belly is bigger than ever. She's ready to pop any second now at the rate these babies are going. Her bodies aches, her feet are constantly swollen and some smells she still can't stand. She makes her way to the kitchen to attend to one of her cravings. She approaches the kitchen all the boys come to halt in their conversation. "Hey guys." She frowns. "What's up, hey, hi." She gets as a mix response from them. "What are you guys talking about?" She ask suspicious? "Nothing." Dean answers. She looks from Dean to Sam to Cas. "Doesn't seem like nothing." She squints trying to read them. She knows they're up to something. "Yeah okay whatever. Just came to eat." She says taking out the jar of peanut butter. "Don't you think you should...snack of health foods especially since it's late." Sam says.

Mikayla head snaps almost 180 to glare at Sam. Deans eyes widen a bit scared. "Sam." She says as takes out the jar of pickles. "Peanut butter and pickles are healthy!" She snaps as she dips a pickle in the peanut butter taking a bite. "Gross." Dean mumbles under his breath. "What you'd say?" Mikayla whispers at Dean. "N-nothing." He says quickly. She glares at him as she gathers the two jars and walks out the room. "Come on Cas." She says as she walks out the kitchen. Sam looks at Dean chuckling. "She's scary pregnant." Dean whispers. "CASTIEL!!!" Mikayla screams in the hallway. "Coming!" Cas shouts back. "She is." He whispers and leaves to Mikayla.

He meets her in the bedroom and sees her on the bed eating more. He joins her on the bed looking at her stand up putting the jars away and she suddenly turns around tears going down her face. "What's wrong?" He ask concerned. "I'm still hungry." She cries and lays back on the bed. Cas looks down at her and starts laughing. "Why are you laughing?" She cries so confused. She's never seen Cas laugh so much to point where he's holding his stomach. "What is it?" She ask. "You're just so vulnerable pregnant. I love it." He says. "Ha,ha,ha." She pouts but smiles seeing him laughing. "Ouch." She hisses holding onto her stomach. "What's wrong?" He ask a hand flying to her stomach. "Just felt like I was having a c.. oowww." She whimpers. "Are you having contractions?" He ask. "I don't know."

"Let's walk it off."

"I left my slippers in the library can you get them please." He nods going to the library. There's a loud crash in the hallway and the boys rush seeing the jar of pickles shattered on the floor. Mikayla against the wall holding her stomach crying. "Sam get the go bag, we need to go to the hospital." Cas demands. They all rush over to Baby and Dean speeds to the hospital. "It's okay, just breathe." Cas says soothing her running his hands through her hair. "I'm scared, I can't lose them too." She whispers. "You won't baby, I promise." Cas whispers. Mikayla looks into Castiel's eyes once he says this. She still loves Castiel deeply. They get to the hospital and gets fast care. Castiel and Mikayla follow the doctor into a room while Dean and Sam wait.

Sam looks over at Dean seeing him bouncing his leg impatient after a half hour of no news. "She's gonna be okay." Sam assures Dean. "I know she will. Just I don't want her to get hurt again." Another fifteen minutes pass by and Castiel comes out. The boys immediately get up b-lining to Cas. "How is she?" Sam ask. "Follow me." He says and he takes the brothers to the room. They walk in seeing Mikayla laying on table her belly exposed. "There they are." Mikayla smiles. They sigh in relief seeing she's okay. "Can you explain to my brothers what happened?"

"Mikayla was having Braxton hicks. It's false labor making her feel like she's actually contracting."

"And the babies?" Dean ask. "We're about to see, I wanted you both in the room." Mikayla smiles. Mikayla reaches out holding onto Cas's hand as the doctor places the ultrasound gel on her belly. This is about to be the first time Mikayla and Cas see the babies. Mikayla never went to the doctor once till now and man was it beautiful. "Here's your babies heartbeats." As soon the sound boomed through the room Mikayla and Cas are in tears. "Both baby boy and baby girl are healthy." Sam smiles letting a tear of his own fall and pats Cas on the back. Dean holds his own trying to keep it together. All their eyes are glued to the screen seeing the babies. "Looks to me that they snuggling." The doctor smiles. They all chuckle looking at them. When it's over and they get the pictures they head back home. As they're on the drive back home Sam looks at the pictures more. "Have you thought about names?" He ask turning back to them. "Um we have a few in mind just trying to get it where it's perfect and sounds right." She answers. "Never knew naming a child would be so difficult." Cas adds.
