Demi's POV

While Melody was taking a nap, my mom rung to see if we could meet up at her house for dinner. I hesitated at first, not knowing how Melody would react but in the end I agreed. We decided 7:00 would be a good time to get there.

"Mommy" I heard Melody cry

"Hey baba it's ok Mommys here" I picked her up and rocked her. She calmed down and I explained what was going to happen. It was 5:30 so i decided to have a bath and then get dressed. I ran the bath and Melody laid on me again

"Mommy hungwy" Melody said trying to feed

"No baby not know, after dinner I promise" I stroked her head and kissed her forehead

Once out of the bath, I dressed Melody in a little blue dress with a satin ribbon tied around the middle. She looked so cute as she played with her loose hair and teddy bear. I wore a dress too and did natural makeup, I curled my hair and looked at the time 6:45. I grabbed Melody and headed out to the car. We drove for about 15minuets before parking the car outside my moms house.

When the door opened I was greeted with my family all at once. This made Melody cling on to me for dear life and cry her little eyes out.

"Sshh baby, it's ok you're safe I promise" I stroked her hair and the turned to my family explaining the situation. They seemed to understand and we all went through to the kitchen and sat down. Melody tried to climb onto my lap but i put her back in her own chair for now. I knew all she wanted was milk. When the food was dished, I fed Melody as well as myself while talking to Dallas.

"She's so cute demi" Dallas said pointing to Melody who was talking to herself

"I know she's such a sweetheart" I looked at her with adoration and smiled. My perfect little girl.

After we finished I excused myself and Melody from the table and sat in the living room with her. I laid Melody across my lap and cradled her for a while before undoing my bra and taking out my boob. Melody instantly began feeding snuggling against me for comfort. She put one hand on my boob, and the other she placed in my hand. We sat like this until my family came in looking stunned

"Demi, what are you doing?!?" My mom cried

"Feeding her" I replied

"No, you're breast feeding her!" My mom looked stunned

"And your point is?" I could feel my anger rising

"It's not good to do that, besides she's not a baby! She doesn't wear diapers does she!!" I remained silent "she wears diaper?" My family looked at me

"Yes, do you guys have a problem with that!" I shouted I knew Melody felt the tension as she grabbed hold of me right. My mom walked out. However the rest of my family said it wasn't anything to do with them, and that I could do whatever I wanted. When my mom did come back, she had a look of disgust on her face

"Are you still doing that?" She said fiercely

"What, breast feeding my child?... Umm yes and I will continue to do so until she is finished" I replied bluntly

"Demi it's wrong, she shouldn't be using your boobs for drink, she should be drinking from a cup like any normal 10 year old"

"But she's not just any NORMAL 10year old is she!?" My mom was really pissing me off. We stayed in silence for ages until Melody broke it

"Mommy, wet" she said laying her head on my boobs.

"Okay sweetie" I picked her up shooting my mom a look and carried her upstairs

Once inside the bathroom, I sat Melody down and undid the bag

"Mommy, itchy bottom" she said while scratching her butt

"Okay baby let mommy have a look" she laid down and I undid her diaper. As soon as I undid it, I saw she had a rash

"Baba you have a rash" I grabbed some cream and applied all over he butt. When I had finished I changed her and put her pyjamas on.

Back downstairs, my mom approached me and sat down next to me

"I'm so sorry, I had no right saying all that. I know Melody's different to other children, I didn't mean to sound harsh I love Melody I really do"

"It's ok mom you just have to understand Melody needs more attention and comfort that others. She depends on me to breast feed her and change her diapers, because it gives her a sense of security and love" I replied

We carried on talking before we decided it was time to go home that was when I got the phone call...
