The last period bell rung which meant it was time for us to leave. I ran to my locker, put my things in there and then walked out the two front doors. I seen Sarah and Mika ready to get on the bus, we're still not cool and I heard that Sarah was talking about me.

I stepped onto the bus and sat in the front row like I had been doing for the past week. I heard people yelling evil things at me from the back and I chose to ignore it until I heard Sarah's voice.

"Dumb ass bitch!" Sarah yelled making everyone laugh again.

"Shut up you stupid ugly Sarah!" I yelled back to her sticking out my tongue out.

After that nobody said nothing until the next stop. When the bus let off the white kids it seemed like everyone from the back moved up to where I was sitting. Mika pushes me over next to the window and her and Sarah starts beating on me I tried hitting them back but Mika is 3 years older than me and way bigger than me. I'm extremely little I'm 5'1 and Mika is like 5'7. Sarah is 5'5 but I just kept hitting her cause I knew she couldn't beat me. I had her on the floor almost under the seat while Mika was punching me in my back and my head.

Once our Stop came everyone stopped yelling and got off. I decided to get off at the next stop down because I'm not going though that again. The bus slowed and I got off. I decided to call Kentrell because I knew he was waiting for me.

"Hello?" I say into the phone once he picked up.

"Where the fuck are you?" Kentrell yelled though the phone.

"I'm down the block." I tell him.

"Why?" He questioned.

"I got jumped on the bus." I told him with my voice cracking and tears starting to come out my eyes.

"Don't cry baby, I'm on my way." He told me and hung up the phone.

Not even one minute later Kentrell came down the block and I got into his car.

"The group of people that was down the block jumped you?" He questioned me and I nodded my head.

Kentrell turned around the car before I could even say anything and pulled up to where everyone was waiting. He jumped out the car and I slowly got out after him.

"Who put they hands on him?" Kentrell yelled at the crowd.

"Us why?" Mika spoke up for the both of them even though Sarah looked scared.

Kentrell looked at me then Mika then Sarah."Nick get up with the white bitch again. Your to little to be fighting this big ass bitch." Kentrell told me.

After a minute Sarah put her hands up and I do too and I ran up. We was both swinging on each other until I got Sarah on the floor. Mika hit me in my head but then I heard a body drop to the floor, me and Sarah stopped swinging and looked to see that Mika's body was dropped on the floor and she was out cold. Kentrell picked me up off Sarah and got in the car with me still on his lap in the drivers seat and he sped off. We ended up pulling into a drive-in theater, he got us pop corn, cotton candy, drinks and some other candies. He pulled up to one of the parking spots and 'MA' was playing.

"Daddy, I'm going to get in trouble." I told him with tears starting to fill up in my eyes.

"Na, you won't." He told me.
