Eddies POV
It should've been just an average winter day. It seemed like it would be at first. There was snow falling and nothing exciting was happening in town and there were no plans to hang out with friends. It was an average winter day, that is, until, there was a knock on my front door. I lazily get up from my bed, knowing that I have to get it, because my moms not home. The person knocks again. And again.
"I'm coming!" I yell from the stairs
I reach the door, and open it. Standing there, is my best friend, Richie Tozier. I look at him, about to say something, and see he looks like he's about to break down in tears, and he has a huge bruise on his face with a huge nosebleed.
"What's wrong?" I ask him, never expecting to hear what he's about to say.
