I knew that Venus was going to arrive any minute but the hardest part was that I hadn't prepared.Even though I did not feel like partying,the least I could do was getting ready.She had told me that she would pick me up at seven and not to wear any of my dresses but I did not feel like going for any of her skimpy dresses.
It was some minutes after seven and Venus hadn't arrived yet so I ended up wearing one of my dresses. It was a black elegant dress,knee length with blue stripes.As I was blow drying my hair, I heard a knock from the front door. "I got it mom" my brother shouted.I knew who it was because no-one enters my room without knocking except Venus.
'Hey bitch"One of these days I'll filter her mouth and bath it with soap I mentally said."You will never" she laughed."Do you always hear my thoughts?" I asked her."Yes girl,you literally shout out your thoughts"she laughed.
"What the hell are you wearing" she screamed."I thought I said do not wear any of your dresses, specifically the one that you're wearing and who wears stripes to a club"
She pulled out several dresses, I swear if I counted them they'd be ten.She then handed me a blue tiny dress, it only covered the essential parts,to be more specific the dress was revealing and it was too tight for my liking. I tried on five more dresses all of them not to my taste.Only one dress caught my eye, it was a short strapless pink dress with flared edges.
'Woww girl you look damn hot in that' she said.I looked at my reflection in the mirror, wowww I really do look hot, the shy girl that I was, was gone.l look really beautiful and all my curves are showing.
'Let's get going bitch' shouted Venus.My hair is not done yet I growled.'Just comb it into an afro because it really looks nice on you.' Thank you girl.
'Tanya we really need to get going okayy, the others are already waiting for us at the club and if we arrive late all the men will be gone'. 'It's been long since I got laid girl and you need to get laid too'.
You know that I'm not losing my vcard any time soon, I need to do it with the man I love,the one I will marry and have a family with.'You're crazy, you need to live a little' she laughed.
Sometimes my friend could be a bit too much but heyy thats Venus for you.
