You smile knowingly as Bakugou looks at you from his desk.

"Jeeze, it's been really dark lately...this song is actually really happy and wholesome, yet my whole story line is dark as hell...Woops...I'll have to turn that around...." you pull your ear buds from your ears as class starts,

...

"Hey, wanna train together?" You walk up to Bakugou with a smile,

"Huh?" He looked at you confused,

"It's been a while since we just hung out as friends ya know?" You shrug

"Fine, whatever dumbass..." he got up and flung his bag around his shoulder as you and him walked out to training fields.

You felt relaxed as you walked, you felt light and happy...

A lit blush adorned your cheeks as you thought about how nice things would've been...

"Hey Baku, I like me better when I'm with you...I just feel happier, like my heart isn't corrupted ya know? Things have been pretty bad lately, sorry bout that..." you say with a sad smile,

"Don't give me that crap!" He yelled

"I knew from the first time, I'd stay for a long time cuz....I like me better when I'm with you too! Because you're so strong! I don't need some chick with a weak will and a dark side!" He spoke honestly

"Hahahah!" You smile as you put your bag down and take off your uniform to reveal your training clothes.

Bakugou does the same.

"I won't go easy!" You yelled

"Hah! Don't get your head too far up your own ass now!" He screamed as he launched himself at you.

*Time skip*

"Ah, that's gunna leave a bruise tomorrow...." You sigh

"You've gotten stronger..." Bakugou rubs his swollen cheek.

"Thanks, you have too..." You say as you get up and Ruffle his hair...

"I miss this..." he sighed

"Hmm?" You raise your eye brow

"Just this...nice and pure love, you know puppy love...don't get me wrong I love getting down and dirty with you but, the sweet little moments are nice too..." he stood up blushing

"Didn't peg you for the romantic type, Baku..." you said as you thought about what he said

"Maybe this is what I'm missing, this pure love..." you whispered to your heart.

*Time Skip*

"Ok ok ok but! The new voice actors were kind of bland ya know? Nothing beats the original!" You say

"But the real life CGI looked awesome! The fight scenes where more epic!" Bakugou retorted as he paused the movie

"Maybe so, but the expressions were lacking don't ya think?" You explain

You both argued for some time over the life action remake of a classic animated movie.

You stare out the window, can I just have a happy life? Do I need a dark subplot? It's not like it'll go anywhere if I don't act on it...

Note- sorry for the short chapter but, I must admit, I'm losing steam for this book, I want to continue don't get me wrong, but whether or not I do will be up to you all, thank you, I'll hopefully see you next time
