bristena woke me up yet again by gossiping on the phone about some girl in our school. bristena is the type of girl many are afraid of, she wears the sluttiest clothes to school, goes to all the parties, gets all the boys. she can be...well difficult to deal with sometimes with her explosive and loud personality.
i'm not trying to be one of those innocent girls in stories who always play the "i'm not like other girls" part and i'm definitely not trying to say that i don't have fun, but my type of fun is very different to my twin sister's. if you can't tell already i like to keep to myself and be myself with few people who i can trust however i do sometimes feel suffocated in my sister's shadow.
"lilyyyyy, bristennaaaaa come down for breakfast how many times do i have to call you two down," my mum shouted from downstairs. "and don't be late for school again bristena," she added.
i quickly snapped out of staring at my sister babbling on the phone and got out of bed as my sister soon followed.
as i head down the stairs i admired our strangely cool house, the staircase curved down into a spiral as the walls had different colours of the rainbow splattered onto them.
as i sat down at the table, digging into my food my mum came into the room holding her plate looking more jolly than usual. "i've got something exciting to tell you girls, we're moving," she said as her eyes glistened.
