Jealous!Glimmer x Reader

A/N: here's the request! "Can I get a Glimmer x reader? One where she is kinda jealous of her friendship with Adora and thinks they will get together But reader reminds her that she only loves Glimmer. Just soft and cuddly please."

● Poor Glimmer has lost a lot and struggles to make lasting relationships due to that 

● It was actually Glimmer's idea for you to join in on some of the Best Friends Squad adventures. Adora and Bow welcomed you with open arms 

● You and Adora hit it off right away!!! 

● You specialized in hand to hand combat and sword combat. You and Adora would go on and on about stategies

● Glimmer could follow no problem it's just that... well... it BORED her

● Sure she loved to see you fight and train but c'moN! The BFS is known for, ya know, hanging out together 

● You and Adora would get up early a lot to train 

● Glimmer would miss your morning greetings

● She grew green with envy. It seemed like you and Adora were constantly hanging out!!! 

● And you were, to be fair 

● Glimmer saw you in the halls, on the way to train with Adora 

● You gave her a kiss on the cheek but she huffed 

● "Glimmer? What's wrong?" 

● She tried to control herself 

● "Nothing. Why would you think that?"

● "Are you kidding me? I can see the steam coming out of your ears. Maybe you should come train with Adora and me! You could blow off some steam!"

● "No thanks." 

● You were confused and you continued to press. Glimmer sighed and gave in, trying not to get too angry but that was inevitable 

● She poured her heart out to you. She told you how she felt neglected and thought you liked Adora more 

● You laughed. You couldn't help it. This only angered her more. 

● "(Y/N), this isn't funny!"

● "But it is! Glimmer, you're my favorite person in all of Etheria! Adora could never, ever come close to taking your place. I just missed having someone who trained like I did. You know this palace guards are a bit stuffy. I'm sorry I didn't realize you were feeling this way. I'll tell Adora that we aren't training today so you and I can go on a proper date!"

● She gaped. You always could make her feel safe. She suddenly felt like an idiot. Her face flushed and she looked away. 

● "No. Go train with Adora. I'm happy you found someone who wants to train with you." 

● You scoffed. 

● "Sweetie, I'm not going to train with her. She's had me for long enough! It's time I spent time with my girl."

● You two spend the time alone, having a picnic by the runestone

● You pointed out everything you loved about her and showered her in kisses 

● "I love your style. The little moons on your shoes are adorable!!"

● She was blushy and stuttering all over

● That's also the first time you said I love you to her

● That's when she knew she had nothing to worry about ever again
