I sat just behind the bus driver as we drove down the long road. I was drawing random doodle in my notebook to look at the things I saw, attempting to mimic the random objects I saw out the window. Tyler was to my left, listening to AirPods while leaving the seat open next to him. Every now and then I felt him glance at me slightly. A seat behind me was Rodney doing lord knows what. And in the back of the bus was Thomas and the coach were singing a randomized playlist that everyone added to. I think Daniel and Bishop fell asleep along the ride. I was super close to finish my drawing, but maybe it wouldn't hurt to be social?
I could; sit next to Tyler and start talking to him,
Or; go to the back of the bus with Giovanni, Coach, and Thomas.
I could also; try and get on Malvin's good side before we're trapped together for a while.
Maybe I could also; sit in the seat behind me and talk to Rodney.
But I'm really close to finishing the drawing! Maybe I could just... not communicate like a normal high school student?
