Guys, I am very sorry for the insult to Mrs. Weasley, it is for dramatic effect. Please stop threatening my life - y'all scare me :)

"Wanna fight? Do you want to fight me? Because I will fight you. I will destroy you, tiny man," I growled. He just smirked down at me. Maybe because I had to stand on my tiptoes to properly threaten him. "I'll fight you, and your fat mum," I threatened in an attempt to push a few buttons. I was successful. His smirk dropped and his eyes narrowed.
"Shut up," He said, his voice dropping down an octave. I smirked and leaned in closer, so our noses were nearly touching.
"Make me, ginger," He slammed his fist against the wall behind me, causing me to flinch. Fred never struck me as a physical fighter.
"That sounds like a challenge," He remarked, glaring into my eyes.
"Maybe it was,"
He sighed. "Fine, I'll take that motion. But you're making a mistake, sweetheart,"
"I don't think I am," I informed him. "Sweetheart,"
Sadly, Fred was right, I was making a mistake.

"Weasley!" I screeched. My dorm mates ran into the bathroom in surprise.
"Oh dear," One of them muttered upon seeing my new puke pink hair color. It had been a week since I challenged Fred, and I regretted it. Every day he seemed to have a new prank, the next ones even worse than the first. The first days it was basic things, like dropping water balloons on me and stealing my textbooks. But, as I retaliated, with things such as hiding Hippogriff dung in his lunch, his pranks got worse and worse.
"Y/n, this has gone too far," whined my mate, "He somehow got into our dorm? This isn't okay!"
"You need to shut this down," agreed another one.
"Fine," I snarled, "I'll fix it." I stared at my hair in disgust, "God I hate him."
They all nodded, it wasn't anything that they haven't heard me complain about before.

"Weasley, we need to talk," I said, sitting between the twin at the Gryffindor table.
"Sure, sweetie, what's so you want to talk about? Given up?" He asked, batting his eyelashes.
"No," I said stubbornly, " But my dorm mates are getting freaked out. You need to stay out of our dorm."
Fred shook his head, chuckling to himself. "You want me to stop? Then give up, darling," He told me.
"Stop calling me that," I hissed. "This fight is between you and me. Don't bring others into this."
"It's cute how you think that you have a say in how I do things," He told me "If you want any control, then I suggest that you wave a white flag," Fred stood up and began walking out of the hall.
"Don't you walk away from me!" I raged, getting up and hurrying after him. I thought I heard George laughing behind me.

Fred hadn't pulled a single prank since the Great Hall. He had been a model student: quiet during class, respectful in the halls. One of my friends even saw him studying in the library.
Fred had also been pointedly ignoring me, which I didn't like at all. I had pranked him twice, putting muggle superglue on the inside of his hat, and replacing his Gryffindor uniform with a Slytherin one. I don't even think he noticed the uniform swap, he just walked around all day in green. I was a wreck. I figured that if Fred was acting like this, then whatever he made his next prank, it would be massive.
