Nia says as she confidently walks into the empty classroom. She did a catwalk and post in front of my desk. Playfully blowing a kiss to me. Unknowingly, a smile appears on my face. Geez, Tia and her silliness.

"Delivered by the only and only, Titania Lance.", she ended her words with her Colgate smile. Flawless teeth... I could almost see my reflection there.

"Aye, what took you so long, bitch? I almost starved while waiting for you."

I rolled my eyes as I start to stuff my mouth with the taco she brought. Nia rolled her eyes in annoyance. Hmm... Wonder how she will react if I told her we won't be able to go out this Sunday cuz I need to help Miss Elen.

Patting the empty seat beside me, silently asking Nia to sit down. I guess the petite girl can sense that I have something to tell her cuz for once, the drama queen says nothing and merely sat down on that seat like how I requested her to. Immediately after the cheerleader sat down, she takes off the container's lid of my fruit salad. Popping a sliced apple into her mouth.

Bitch. I thought.

That is my salad, okay?

"Hmmm... Do you know our new English teacher?'

Nia's eyes roll annoyance.

"Of course, I do! She is the hot teacher everyone fussing about. Why? You have a crush on her?"

My brow furrowed in confusion... What a weird question.

"Nah, she caught me cursing just now and was about to give me a detention."

I hold my hand up to stop my best friend from saying anything. Her mouth is already open to say something but seeing my resting bitch face staring at her made the petite girl zipped her mouth.

"But... Instead she just asks me to help her tidy up her office this Sunday."

The petite girl couldn't hold it in anymore.

"But this Sunday...", she sulks.

How adorable... I don't know why but seeing her pout like that really makes my heart melt. Ew, not in that way... Nia and I are just friends, okay?

"I know, I know... And I'm sorry but I really really need to avoid the detention. You know how my mom if she knew I got myself a detention."

When my little cheerleader didn't say anything, my heart starts to race. I hate it when she is sad. Pinching the bridge of my nose, I am about to make a decision I'm gonna regret.

"How about I take you to your favourite outdoor cinema after I finished tidying up Miss Elen's office? Dad says I can use my car back as long as I promise not to drive above speed limit anymore."

I can see her eyes shine in excitement.

"Would you bring our usual snacks?"

Oh, Nia... You really act like a child sometimes. Whenever we went outing, especially picnic or the beach, I often bake mini chocolate chips cookies as our snacks. My dear best friend seems to love it so I bake it quite often for her.

"Anything for you, boss!", I wink at her and give her a salute. The petite girl giggle. Her dimples are showing even tho I can see that she is trying hard to hide it.

Nia opens her arms wide, as a sign asking for a hug. She is awfully clingy and affectionate today... But I guess there's no harm in humouring her. Slowly, I hug the petite girl. It always amazed me how small she felt in my arms.

Suddenly, I feel alarmed.

What is this unpleasant feeling? Could it be someone is watching us? But... My eyes start to roam around the classroom. I couldn't find anyone.

Nia snuggles closer to me. All the unpleasant feelings immediately fade as I inhaled the sweet fruity smell of her hair.

"Get a room you two!", a tall buff guy walks into the classroom along with a handsome muscular guy and a girl with her hair swipe to the side.

"Don't tease the couple too much, Joey."

Ryan scolded his boyfriend. Joey kisses the handsome muscular guy on his cheek.

"Aye, love. Anything for ya."

B dramatically make a wanting to vomit kind of sound, causing everyone to laugh.

"Whatever, you're just jealous that I have Ryan. Ky has Nia and you're forever alone.", Joey sticks his tongue out to the bookworm.

B couldn't help but laugh at the statement. Oh boy, I knew where this is coming...

"I don't need to find a love like you all. I have BOOKS!! With books, I don't have to worry about replying text on time, telling him about where I went and shit."

Sighing... She used to have a very possessive boyfriend. After the breakup, she went for another relationship with a girl named Sarah but Sarah was far more possessive than her previous ex. B kinda got scared of relationships after that.

Everyone in the room laughs awkwardly. We haven't figure out how to handle this side of B yet so when she does talk about her previous relationship we don't know how to react.

Nia suddenly stands up from her seat, gaining all the attention in the class.

"So... Who's up for pizza today? My treat.", she says with a grin.

"Aye, someone is in a good mood today. Are you getting laid tonight?"

My face flushed in embarrassment as Joey looks at me with that 'bitch, I know it all' smile. Nia and I are not even in that kind of relationship. Silly, Joey.

Ryan hum lightly as a sign that he is supporting his boyfriend.

"Guys, be nice. They haven't even kiss... So, when is the date?", tease B.

"This Sunday...", Nia answer with a blushing face.
