Halloween with Dr. Reid

Chapter 12: October 23rd

*First, I would like to start off saying (typing) that I almost peed my pants a little while ago. You see, I had just been awoke by Dr. Spencer Reid himself saying that I needed to update, so I walked into the other room (forgetting the Zach the Skeleton was sitting in my computer chair) and jumped back almost spilling my coffee all over myself. I hope that made you laugh! Please enjoy!*

Spencer called you before their plane took off to let you know that the team was on their way home. He called you when they landed. 

"Hello?"

"Hi. We just landed."

"Yay!" Spencer laughed at you excitement. This had been a short case but you missed each other.

"Do you need me to pick up anything? The party is on Saturday."

"Actually that would be great! I was just creating a list so I could go tomorrow."

"Are you finished with it? I could get whatever we need so we don't have to go out tomorrow."

"I think so." You read him the list you had made. It included pumpkins for carving, candy to give out to your friends and their kids, and more eggs and flour for whatever you were baking. He gladly picked up the things at the store and headed home. 

"I got the biggest pumpkins they had!"

"Wow."

"That's what I said. By the way, I have an idea!"

"What's that?"

"Pumpkin carving contest! We'll let our party goers decide who wins!" Spencer said with excitement in every word. 

"And what does the winner get?" You asked as you pressed you lips to his in a soft, gentile kiss. 

"I don't know. I'll think about it."
