You and Spencer sat at the end of the hall waiting for the trick-or-treaters to come. It started out slow until the kids that lived close by where calling their friends to come over. You were giving out handfulls of candy to each kid that came by.
Henry and Jack even came by with JJ, Will, and Aaron. You talked for a few minutes with them before the boys got ancy and wanted to collect more candy. They parted ways and towards the end of the night, you were getting older kids coming by with their friends after taking their little siblings out.
Eleven o'clock came around and you guys decided to pack things up. It was pretty late and you didn't think you'd have too many more trick-or-treaters. You guys left things where they were and wrote a note for any trick-or-treaters that were to come by anytime after you left for bed. The note read: Take what you wish, there's plenty to go around!
You headed off to bed with Spencer, neither of you bothered to shower. It was too late and you were both exhaused. You would take care of putting the Halloween decorations back tomorrow or the next day.
