I get out of the car to be greeted by a huge man in a military jacket who showers me in spit. I am to over whelmed to listen so I just nod until he motions for a woman who looks about 25 year old to come.

She salutes the man, and he leaves. Once the man is out of view her expression softens. The woman introduces herself as Catherine, and asks for my name. I am so scared that I have a delayed response, not because I didn't want to talk but because for a minute I forgot my own name.

Once we are properly acquainted Catherine turns around and starts walking she gets 3 paces in before she motions for me to follow her. After about ten minutes of walking down a path so cracked you are afraid it will just collapse under you we arrive at a building labeled G12-15.

Catherine tells me this is where I will be living until I am released, and my release date will be announced at my hearing next week. Once inside there is a long hallway with lots of door each with a number on it. We approach a door with a number 22 on it and Catherine hands me a key. She motions for me to open the door so I do.

Inside are three beds, two of which with girl around my age sitting on top. One reading a book and the other seems to be sharpening something shiny. Catherine clears her throat and both girls stand up and salute her. Catherine walks over to the girl who was sharpening the object and held out her hand to collect the shiny object in her hand. You can tell that the girl wanted to protest but decided it was best not to.

The girl who was reading pulled her dirty blonde hair in to a sloppy bun on the top of her head, and walks over to me. She tells me  her name is Eleanor, and the other girl is Charlotte but I have to call her Charlie or she'll lose it. I introduce my self as Samantha, walk over to the empty bed to set my stuff down.

Catherine asks me if I need anything, but all I really want is answers. Once Catherine shuts the door behind her I sit down. The bed has faded yellow bedding and a light green pillow. Once I start unpacking Eleanor walks over and sits next to my bag. Once she is situated I look up and see through the frames of her giant glasses that she has the most beautiful sea blue eyes I have ever seen. "She looks away and asks me so why are you here?"
