The day was Wednesday at 5:08 am. Marinette being awoken to the sound of a loud scream as everyone had gathered in her room to wake her up bright and early for her special day.

"HAPPY BIRTHDAY!!" everyone yelled, scaring Marinette senseless to the point she had almost called on her transformation. She screamed herself, almost tumbling out of her high bed while half awake. "What?? Where is the akuma??" she hurriedly looked over the side of her bed.

"What? What's an Akuma?" Miley had asked while she and Lilly both stood below very confused. "Bad guys!" she hurried to answer. Next thing she knew, Marinette had gotten down off of her bed and everyone piled downstairs just in time to see Marinette's birthday special sitting on the table.

A buffet strung along the counter tops for the whole house to enjoy, Marinette being the first to pick what she liked off of each plate.

The day continued, Lilly beging her to put on the outfit she had bought and everyone handing her gifts to open. The entire morning was spent with presents and laughter. Miley put Marinette's hair up after lilly styled her clothes. By the time all was said and done, Marinette was dressed up in peach high waisted jeans with grey accents along the seams, yet another sweater crop top (tis the season, right?) in a similar grey and a white long sleeved off the shoulder shirt, the smallest little ladybug embroidered into the right sleeve cuff. Her hair had been put into a french braid with pieces hanging out to frame her face along with her bangs. Whatever pieces left out were taken to with the heat of a straightener, ever so lightly giving each piece a wavey look. To match, her Aunt bought her a new pink phone case with better protection and a little ladybug charm attached to the case itself, an 'M' painted in a flowy motion on the back. Lilly had dressed into a similar outfit, her jeans being black and her own matching off the shoulder top was a light peach, her own having a little mouse sewn to the right sleeve cuff. Last but not least, Miley had dressed into a pair of regular blue jeans and a graphic tee, trying something new with a pair of teal high tops. Her mother had gotten her another two pairs of shoes, heals and another pair of ballet flats in black, the opposite of her usual pink ones. But her Dad hadn't given her anything, saying it was a 'surprise for later'.

Finally time came for them to walk to school, the girls wanted to be there early. They excitedly chatted and asked questions, Both Buggs and Green were teasing poor Lilly about her love life.

"Well, if you two are so much better than why don't you tell me who you like?? No secrets, remember??" Lilly eyed them both, and like magic they both laughed nervously. Out of no where, they got cat called for the second time that morning.

Miley grumbled, "Men are such pigs!" and they each began laughing at her sudden comment, earning yet another cat call from the same guy! Like, bro you cant just chill?

Next thing they knew, he was right there trying to talk to them. Marinette wasn't going to lie, he was pretty handsome and she could feel Lilly's heart beating through her chest. She Didn't know if lilly had died.

"What brandon?" Lilly shot with an undertone of dripping oil, his words determining whether she caught on fire. "Oh! Hey... Lilly... I was just coming over here to see some cuties and saw this one her in the middle. She caught my eye."

her winked at marinette, her face immediately blossomed into a blush and voice had seemingly faded away. Of all things, they had to run into him?
She stepped back a bit to create at least the smallest bit of distance between herself and the fuming girl beside her. Oh yeah, and that guy she would be murdering in a moments time.
