Little girls say boys hate them
Because they belittle and tease them
Pulling pranks and saying mean things you wouldn't like
I don't understand why they tell those little girls
Boys do that because they like you
Instead of teaching them how to love
Hate is the honey of brutality
And hurt is the bitter taste in the back of your mouth
You chose to remove or savor it in your mouth
Hate does not make love
Hate is not a simple emotion
That changes so easily
Hate is a soul-crushing resentment
Dislike, and unforgivable feeling for something
But you throw it around
Like it's just uncertain feelings
You don't hate or love
Like or dislike
You're just confused about your emotions
I don't understand
When they say hate is the new love
When they say there's a thin line
Between hate and love
They are two different emotions
Don't tell me because I haven't hated someone
And fell in love with them
That it changes everything
Because you don't know hate
If you think it can turn around
Into the opposite emotion
Hate does not make love
Hate destroys
And love conquers
All emotions
Hate is not a love I want to have.
