Alisha was uneasy in her seat beside you, it was clear from the little uncertain whimpers that slipped her lips and she had started up her bad habit of biting her nails again due from the build up of anxiety.
You however seemed unaffected but rather excited for this trip, plane rides did make you a little unsettled but panicking wouldn't change much and you couldn't bail out now.

"Mi...Miss? Why are we do..doing this again?"
The assistant stuttered beside you, still biting her nails as her eyes constantly glanced around at the other passsengers.

"I told you, it's a business trip."
Alisha took no comfort from that. You had never been on a business trip before seeing as you communicated through emails most the time and used Alisha to pass on messages for you as well as keep in contact with the important people.

"I'm sorry Miss, I don't meant to pry bu...but what could possibly require yo..you to go to South Korea?"
She nervously stuttered.
A smug grin crossed your lips thinking about the answer, you pulled your eyes from the magazine in front of you to give the  anxious assistant a knowing look before turning back to read.

There were sudden loud noises all around you as the seats began to vibrate slightly, the engines turned on and your eyes couldn't help but drift to the window to watch the tarmac glide past you.
The runway seemed to get lower and lower until you realised you had already left the ground and were tilting at an angle as the plane headed off from your home ground into the air.
Alisha gripped the arm rests with a strained look on her face completely terrified without a doubt you knew at some point the poor girl would probably have a heart attack, while you did sympathise with her you also couldn't help but stifle your laugh at her reaction to flying. At least now you had some other form of entertainment if you got bored, nothing could top seeing Alisha so scared.

About 30 minutes into the flight she had settled into her seat, she was still on edge but at least she was finally beginning to relax.
"This is because of him isn't it?"
Her voice questioned you again, it had calmed since take off but there was a tone behind it that signalled how tense she really was. You chose to ignore her question.

"Miss. I don't know if this will all work out in the end, I don't mean to sound rude and I'm only saying this because I don't want you to get hurt but....is this really what you want?"
You paused your reading for a minute, she had your attention.
"I understand you like him and all but being long distance is hard enough as it is without all the extra stuff being included."
There was a hitch in the voice as she clutched the locket around her neck.
For 3 years now Alisha had been with her boyfriend and truly she was in love with him but they lived in different countries so rarely saw each other, both knew the harsh reality of their relationship though when her boyfriend got caught in a bad accident.
He had been knocked down by a car and was rushed to hospital receiving a major operation and a blood transfusion, unable to go over to visit him in the hospital Alisha had to deal with not being by his side throughout his healing process and could only video chat him. While he claimed it was okay and that she shouldn't feel bad Alisha couldn't help but feel guilty about not being there for him when he needed her most. They remained together but they both knew the downfalls of the relationship.

"Not only does he live in a different country but he is incredibly famous, no doubt is busy most the day with training, there's the tours, the fan meets, interviews, concerts, modelling, working on their songs....I just think it will be difficult for you both to find the time to make this work."
Her voice was mumbled because she was touching on a sensitive subject and she wasn't sure how you would feel about her views.
You took her hand in yours giving it a light reassuring squeeze.
"I have to try."
Was all you could reply.
I have to try at least.

You groaned as you walked off the plane thankful to be off it but irritated by your now stiff muscles, your assistant yawned beside you now awake from her long sleep during the last few hours of the journey.
It was gruelling. It was tiring. It was awful. But you were here. That's all that matters.

Walking through the airport you couldn't stop smiling. It hit you that this was really happening and now you had ended up in South Korea to basically date a member of the biggest boy band in the world, it was too good to be true.
The two of you walked through the populated area dragging your suitcases and wearing big backpacks full of all sorts of things mainly clothes, shoes and charging cables for all the little devices you carried.

There had been information that a man was to meet you at the gate with a sign saying your name, he was going to take you to your hotel. But when you arrived at the gate there were no signs with your name on them which made things difficult for the two of you. Less than 5 minutes in a new country and you were already lost you hadn't even left the airport yet!

You both wondered around the area searching for any clues as to where you were meant to go. It was quite scary actually since you both were relying on this apparent guy to come get you.

"Annyeong Pabo."
A warm sweet voice filled the air forcing you to turn around to find it's owner.
Behind you was a tall man dressed in a white hoodie, black jeans, blue reflective sun glasses and a black cap.
His face lit up instantly the second you looked at him, well at least the part of his face you could see was lit up.
His disguise seemed to be working as nobody stopped to look at him.

You smiled playfully at him, your heart fluttered seeing him just meters from you with a welcoming grin.

"Annyeong Namjoon-ah."
