Hey guys! It's Tris, obviously. So, y'all know a little bit about me, but not much. You can tell I'm really good with the fourth wall breaks. I mean, I did learn from the best, Wade was a great teacher. I don't even know how we know each other, because of different universes and shit, but who really cares? It's Deadpool. Litgit the answer to everything. Okay! Origin story time!
So, I grew up in the middle of nowhere, aka, Wisconsin. About thirty minutes south of Madison. I discovered I had talent when I was super little. It was really weird. I just remember watching a Disney movie, and singing along with the song that came on. It was really fun and I knew all of the lyrics and pitches, which is really weird because I was 5. My cousin, Ella, was older than me by about 5 years, and was really into theatre. She introduced me to the world of the stage. Since I was nine, it was my dream to get out of this town and put my talent to use. So when the time came after I graduated high school as valedictorian, I was accepted into the University of Evanston, one of the best acting schools in the nation.
College was everything I could have hoped for. I also met a really awesome person, who became my new best friend. His name was Kaden. Because we're so amazing, we were chosen right out of college to be chorus for some shows, which for rookies, is really good. So that puts me where I am today, aside from all the complicated soulmate shit, which fucks everything up.
Yes, this is a world where people have soulmates. To be totally and completely honest with y'all, I think it's dumber than a box of rocks, especially when I get hurt out of it, because my soulmate mark is getting injured with my soulmates. And yes, I said soulmates, with an 's'. I have multiple. Not really sure how I like that. At least my bud understands. Kaden and I just click.
So, origin story over, I think....ha yeah we're good.
Because everything sucks ass in New York and rent is extra high, Kaden and I share an apartment, which is nice because, well, it's Kaden! The best part is that now I've been chosen as Angelica Schuyler in Hamilton! I'm so excited! This is why I love acting. But little did I know that one show would change the rest of my life.
