I guess I've had a lot of physical pain experiences in my life. My chronic pain started when I was eleven and since then, I've never had a day without it. I suffer from Fibromyalgia (amongst other conditions) which is said to be one of the commonest chronic pain disorders. It causes extreme fatigue, insomnia, depression, and over two-hundred more symptoms.

This obviously affected my relationships and friendships, which have also been a rocky ride. Trust me when I say I won't make the same mistakes again! Hopefully, by having difficult relationships, I can prevent other people from making the same mistakes I did. It's really important to take time after a relationship to reflect and look at the mistakes you made so you don't get stuck in a cycle.

Anyways, I came out the other side of all this and I'm here to tell the tale. I may have experienced pain but it's only one part of me. I have so many other great things about me: like my creativity and motivation and compassion.

And I'm sure you do, too - so please, please, please keep fighting. This will pass and things will become easier for you. You can always reach out to me if you need to talk or vent. Stay strong <3
