Kushina's POV
Me and the Anbu ninja arrived at the hokages mansion. Why would the hokage summon me? I glanced up to where the mansion stood. The mansion was massive it was painted red and it had at least 3 floors. The roof was flat and had 6 curved, silver and sharp spikes around the roof. There was also a huge wall that circirled the mansion that was highly guarded. You could see the hokage faces behind it. We walked inside and aproched Lord Thirds office and knocked onto the door.
"Come in." I heard a voice say. I opened the door and walked into the room and the anbu ninja left. I shut the door behind me. As I walked into the office Lord Third was sitting at his desk and there also stood the elders beside him. "welcome Kushina." Lord third said greeting me. "I've summoned you here because I need to tell you something top secret. No one must no about what I'm going to tell you." he added.
"oh ok what is it?" I asked curious.
"I've summoned you because your going to be the next vessel for the nine tails. Lord Firsts wife Mito Uzumaki's life is coming to a close and we need a new Jinchuuriki. We wanted you to become that jinchuuriki. You were sent from your home to join us here because of your special chakra. Your strong enough to contain the nine tails power."
I stood there speechless. Have I heard this right?
"I'm sorry but could you please repeat that?" I said
"We chose you to become the next nine tails jinchuuriki." he replied.
I can't believe what I'm hearing.
"Kushina" lord third said but was cut off. "I don't want to hear anymore." I said as I ran out of the mansion with tears streaming down my face. I started to walk back to my house. Why does this have to happen to me. Why is it always me. I don't want that monster sealed up inside of me. People will see me different. They would be afraid of and treat me like I'm an outsider. Why didn't I get a say in this? I thought to myself.
I finally reached home. I opened the door and walked inside my house and shut the door behind me. I didn't want any dinner so I decided to go straight to bed instead. I changed into my PJ's and lifted my covers up and slipped inside the covers. Feeling the heat coming off my body surrounding me with warmth. I slowly drifted off to sleep.
