Rolling over Namjoo woke up when her hand landed on the empty bedside. Glancing upward as if she would find her answer she pushed herself up. Yawning when she saw the door left ajar. Climbing off the bed she opened the door and headed out from the bedroom.

Hearing cooing sounds the closer she got to the family room. Sehun was sitting on the couch with their young son. Bouncing the one-year-old on his lap making baby noises and screwy faces.

"Ah...look, mommy's awake," Sehun announced. Tucking the baby against his body he rose to standing. "I brought some food for you. Haesun cooked them."

"When did you get home?" Namjoo wondered. He had been at work the whole morning and she'd fallen asleep with the baby. She turned. Immediately grinning when Kihoon made noise for her. Stretching forward in his dad's arms to come to her.

"No," Sehun playfully inched away. "You're staying with daddy."

Crying more desperately Kihoon's eyes started to water. Whimpering for her.

"You want to come to mommy?" Namjoo held her palms out teasing.

Kihoon wriggled, struggling to get free. Reaching his tiny arms out for her but not quite getting to her.

"Stay with daddy," Sehun pulled him away. Blowing kisses into his pudgy cheeks. "Daddy misses you, you bad boy."

Kihoon shrieked this time forcing Sehun to give up and hand him over. Silencing when Namjoo cradled him against her. Patting his back Namjoo scolded, "Naughty daddy."

Sehun shot her an eye and disappeared into the kitchen. Namjoo followed to find him plating the food for her.

Oh Kihoon had arrived early winter at 7lbs and 5oz. Their tiny baby boy. They brought him home two days later. Haesun specially stayed over to help teach them the basics. Jehoon was even more fascinated by his baby nephew. Gazing wide-eyed at the small infant always swaddled in a warm blanket.

They'd celebrated his first birthday with just family members. On her side, only Junmyeon and Chorong attended. A small ceremony with a simple cake consisting of things within their budget. As for the wedding...they were still waiting for it although the marriage papers were already registered.

No rush she had assured Sehun. It doesn't matter when they celebrated their marriage. There was Kihoon and the only person she needed by her side. She had also taken leave from the restaurant to care for her son. Take your time Junmyeon promised her and come back when you're ready. Her friends fawned even more over the baby.

"Again?" Namjoo asked sullenly when she saw the traditional chicken soup. "She knows I'm not sick, right?"

"Well, you're going to have to finish it anyway," Sehun said.

"Will you eat with me?" Namjoo whined.

"She made them specifically for you." Sehun took to explaining. Namjoo doubted the truth to that when she sat down.

"Your son pooped," Namjoo told.

"So, now he's my son?" Sehun arched a brow but was already reaching for the baby. Holding him in the air, Sehun baby talked, "See that? Mommy don't want you when you're dirty."

As they disappeared down the hall Namjoo rolled her eyes. Sighing when she scooped up the oily tangy colored broth.

Sehun returned shortly with a newly changed Kihoon who was giggling with two fingers inside his mouth. Drooling heavily onto a bib that read RAWWR!! when Sehun sat down with son standing on his lap.
