Ao and Xavier go and visit a nearby Village to investigate and see if they can find the true identity of the Rebellion. Not knowing that they are being followed by Xavier's men who were watching the two begin to bicker with each other. "What did Mei and that kid send me here with you?" Ao asked. Xavier gets fumed at what Ao said. "Well I wonder why they let an old man come with me," says Xavier. One man of Xavier's team is shaking his head. "All they have done since getting here is argue. They were given a mission by the Mizukage and that was delivered by Y/N," says Vincent. He then motions for one of the other ninja to his side. "I need you to head back to the Mist and notify the Mizukage and our boss Y/N and let them know about the situation," ordered Vincent. The ninja nods and begins to head back to the Mist Village.
Y/N and Mei were enjoying their breakfast they see Mei's assistant walk in with one of Xavier's ninjas. "Mizukage and Y/N we might have a slight problem with Ao and Xavier," says Xavier's man. This announcement causes Mei to grow furious. "Oh and Ao said something about you being past the marriageable age," added Xavier's man. Mei becomes even more furious until Y/N put a hand over hers which calms her down. "Well I certainly don't think that your past the age which is definitely not true. As for the two of them not doing as they were told looks like I'm going to have to get involved," says Y/N. Mei looks at Y/N with kind eyes and a loving smile. 'He really is something else. No one has been able to calm me down like that before,' Mei thinks to herself. "Will you at least hit the two of them really hard for me?" Asked Mei. "Will do Mei. I'll be heading out soon. So go back and report to the others," orders Y/N. The ninja nods and begins to head out. Mei goes and grabs Y/Ns hand before he walks away. Mei then gets up and plants a kiss on Y/Ns cheek. "Promise to me that you'll be careful," says Mei with a growing blush. Y/N looks at her and smiles. "I will thanks Mei," says Y/N. Mei reluctantly releases his hand so he can go deal with the two ninjas who haven't made any progress on finding the real culprit.
After Y/N had left to go deal with the two ninja, Mei begins to contemplate her feelings for the leaf ninja. 'It's only been a short time but I've grown very fond of Y/N," Says Mei to herself. Y/N makes the short trip to where Ao and Xavier are suppose to be investigating. Xavier's men see Y/N and approach him. "Boss it seems that they finally have stopped fighting and had begun the investigation," says Vincent. "For now let's follow them," says Y/N. They begin tailing them and see that they are finally making some progress. "Alright it seems to me that we gathered enough information for now," says Ao. They both head to a hotel and go to sleep for the night.

Y/N. Vincent nods at that statement. "Yeah but that was only for a while. I feel that the info they got isn't enough to find the true leader of the Rebellion," says Vincent. "Well then it looks like it's my turn to gather info," says Y/N as he heads into the town. "I'm come with you boss," says Vincent. The two of them begin to get information about the neighboring towns and villages. The two of them work really well as a duo and after an hour of that they had more information that Ao and Xavier. "Nice job Vincent, we have more info on who the leader could be," said Y/N. "Thanks boss let's call it a night. The others are getting pretty sleepy," says Vincent appreciatively. Y/N nods and they all retire to a separate hotel from Ao and Xavier's.
Ao and Xavier wake up early to gather info from a different town. Vincent and his team continued to follow them accompanied by Y/N. Once they get to the next town Ao and Xavier begin to have words with each other. "Say that again old man!" Shouts Xavier. "I said you are a worthless ninja!" Yells Ao. The two of them begin to have a small fist fight. At that moment both Y/N and Vincent facepalmed. "What are they an old married couple," says Y/N sighing. The two of them continued to fight each other. Y/N having seen enough jumps down with Vincent by his side. "That's enough you two!" Shouts Y/N. When Ao and Xavier heard Y/N they froze.
Y/N is glaring daggers at them and is just as fearful as the Mizukage herself. "You two are to report back to the Mizukage with the information that you have gathered and I will be there to notify here of these altercations. I expected more from the two of you. Vincent let's continue our investigation. While the rest of you will escort the two of them back to the Mist," ordered Y/N. The rest of the squad brings Ao and Xavier back to the mist while Y/N and Vincent head into the Village. The two of them gather more information before heading back to the Mist and deal with the dysfunction team. Y/N and Vincent return to see a fuming Mizukage. "Looks like a job only you can do," says Vincent. Y/N sighs and nods. 'This might not be as easy as you think Vincent,' Y/N mumbles under his breath.
