Vincent. Her hair flows in the wind as her attacks blazed into the sky like fire. She can handle anything that gets in her way. When the military made and created her. She was more different than she appears. Takes the form of a female blue and yellow bear with Silver hair. Beautiful, charming, and dangerous.

Colonel R.B.'s pov

It's been a week since our talk with our allies. But it's time to release her. Time to release Vincent.. Vincent the Ultimate Fighter! She had the eyes of my only daughter. I lost my wife and my daughter to a horrifying attack a long time ago but I was able to save her but now she's a grown woman trying to be able to fill my place as the next colonel. First lieutenant Kyle has been able to be a good influence on her since she started working as a private which is part of the reason why I rank him as first lieutenant. But anyway I pressed the button and released our ultimate Soldier. General Calibur and I watched her open her eyes and said as she stood up, Vincent the ultimate soldier reporting for duty! I smirked as she said it. It worked...the ultimate soldier is alive!
