Wanted for: public-assaults, violent-fights, stealing vehicles, theft, illegal drug addiction, kidnapping, breaking and entering, attempted murder, identity-fraud, insurance-fraud, and murder.

Bio: born to a normal family. Debra was known as a troubled child...her parents had no time for her. Though learned to take care of herself due to her cannibal-like behavior of eating dead animals that were just killed on the road when no one was looking...there was talk from the teachers saying she had been picked on at school due to her blue and yellow hair. thats when the problem started when she turned ten. She started having the most violent fights that anyone has ever heard of...almost all of them were bullies and innocent children...they would be seen with bloody noses, Black and blue all over, and bleeding from the head...they would even discover their lunch money was stolen for mysterious reasons...her parents were no help cause they weren't paying attention to the principal...in fact they showed up because they keep being super busy...but...that wasn't the end...she used the money she stole for drugs, alcohol, and cigarettes. Then it happened when she was twelve years old...she dropped out of school after brutally beating a high ranking student who was her classmate 14 year old Anika...when her parent finally noticed her and was catching to what she's up to something happened...a neighbor heard them scream and called the police...when they got there they found Debs parents dead...the autopsy said they were hit in the head with a 2-inch pipe before getting their organs eaten, and their eyes ripped out...their daughter wasn't there after their deaths...she didn't show up to her parents funeral...she hid in the shadows of Vega-city as she started her crime spree...she got caught once after the rescue of an undercover cops 3 year old daughter. She escaped but only for 2 weeks. She got caught again after getting caught by the undercover cop and one of the elite policeman of Vega-city Matt "Matthew Tanks". But a week later she escaped after murdering Matt's wife and partner Sue....the police had word she was working as a veteran so they sent Matt to keep tabs on her...

Update: the dreadful woman was found dead and her son Shred is now in the asylum. No one knows what happened and to this day nobody does. They weren't able to find her fugitive husband despite all the search they pronounced him dead.
