Chapter 7: Family Dinner

Mr. Kim's POV

Im on my way to the Manoban's. I cant lie that im nervous because its my proposal to Marco and i dont even know if Lisa and Jennie will agree. My company isnt facing any problems, i just want my angel to be happy again, i want her to be back at her self. I witnessed on how she got so lonely, depressed.

I remember when she doesnt go out of her room, doesnt eat regularly, she got thin. But still, she's pretty.

We arrived at the Manoban's and welcomed by the guards, which they opened up the gates for us. Well, their house is kinda big or lets say its a mansion already.

I entered the house and saw the maids and butlers they greeted me, "Goodevening Mr. Kim, Mr. Manoban is waiting for you at the dining area. Just follow me, i'll get you there"

I just nodded in response and followed one of the butler, walked about a minute, hell this mansion is larger than i thought.

I saw Marco sitting at the end of the table, reading a newspaper and there's alot of food that is served. I guess he noticed me,

"Welcome, Mr. Kim. Feel at home, Lisa and Jennie will be on their way, i told Lisa to pick up Jennie."

"Oh, okay. I guess that's the reason why Jennie didnt want to come with me"

"What do you think, Mr Kim? Will they agree to that arranged marriage? I mean, its for the sake of their happiness, as what you said"

"Im sure Jennie and Lisa will, lets just wait for them"

We talked for about 15 minutes more and we heard some footstep, and i guess thats already Jennie and Lisa.

"Goodevening, Father" Lisa said, "And to you too Mr. Kim" I smiled at her.

"Goodevening Appa, and Goodevening Mr. Manoban" Jennie greeted Marco.

"Goodevening to the both of you, please take your seat and eat. We have something to tell you later. And that's the main purpose why we held this family dinner." Mr. Manoban said.

The maids served us a lot of foods, and started to eat.

We finished eating, and i decided to tell them the proposal we made.

"So, as you've heard from Marco. Yes, we have something to tell. And that's for the sake of the company. We, Marco & I, talked last week about this. And we decided to fix and arranged marriage for the both of you"

"And Jennie, i know that you're a CEO yourself. But its the other company that we're talking about. I didnt tell you that our other companies are facing bankruptcy, that's why we are proposing that arranged marriage."

Lisa's POV

What?! An arranged marriage with Jennie?! You've got to be kidding me. I know where will this end, i know that i'll fall for her again.

I didnt know that proposals like those still exist. What did i just entered.

Now its my father who spoke, "Lisa, my daughter. I know its not easy for you to accept our proposal. But please, we'll give you time to think about it. And also you Jennie, please think about it."

I glanced at Jennie who's fidgeting her fingers nonstop, i poked her.

She turned her attention to me, "Are you okay with that proposal?" I asked her, without showing any annoyance. Cause im literally annoyed.

"As long as its okay with you, its already okay with me. But like what your father said, lets think about it first. We have plenty of time"

I just nodded in response and smiled to her.

My mood was lost, i was beyond angry, annoyed, and i just want to get out from here. It may sound bad but hell, its the Kim's and my Father's decision, i have nothing to do about that. Neither Jennie, and i know to myself that she wanted it, and also to get me back.

Im not going to let that happen, lets see. Just like what i said when she played with me.

Well, she thinks that im still going to be nice at her after this? Think otherwise, i wont. And let's see if you can handle me, Jennie Kim.

Lets see who's the most bitch here. Payback time.

Jennie's POV

I cant stop thinking about that God fucking damn proposal, that god damn arranged marriage. I know that its going to be easy for me to get Lisa back, but what if she distants her self from me. But i think thats impossible because from her movements and how she acts towards me, she had an amnesia. Im still unsure about it.

And if she really had an amnesia, i'll prove to her that im not the Jennie she fell for before. I changed, for her. Only her. I had been waiting for her for the last 3 years, and for that 3 years there's no day that i didnt regret what i've done to her. I still cant forgive myself that i caused her, her first and biggest heart break.

Im going to do everything, to get her back. I wont give up on her, and i promise that.
