"Soooooo.... Ames, when are you due?" Penny asks her best friend while nursing her daughter. "You look like you're going to pop anytime now."

Amy shifts from her seat and groans, "This week but I wish I would pop right now. This is so uncomfortable, and will the back pain ever go away?"

"No, the back pain will always be there especially when you're carrying twins." Penny looks at her and laughs.

"Is there something funny?" Amy looks at Penny but her best friend just shakes her head.

"Amy, I've been meaning to ask this for a while now, but how did you manage to make Sheldon agree with you sitting in his spot?" Bernadette looks at her seriously which amuses Amy.

"I agreed to let Sheldon whip up a pregnancy agreement..."

"There you go..." Penny laughs.

"Hey! My husband may be eccentric, but I love him so much. That's what got me into this mess in the first place." She points at her bump. "Plus, our pregnancy agreement specifies that in order for me to get my way, I should grant him one wish."

"Uh oh. Agreeing to a Sheldon wish is like selling your soul to Rumpelstiltskin." Bernadette points out.

"It's a risk wish I'm willing to take." Amy continues to shift from her seat. "Guys, is the backpain normally accompanied with sharp needles?"

Penny and Bernadette suddenly jerk up. "OMG Ames, are you having contractions?" the former asks.

"I don't know, does this normally feel like—" Amy leans back and whimpers.

"I'm going to call Stuart. He can babysit the kids." Bernadette panics while scrambling to call their friend. She looks over at Amy "How are you feeling?" Amy groans in response "Doesn't matter, as long as your water didn't break—"

"Uhhhh.....Bernie? I think her water broke." Penny points out.

Sheldon and Leonard are currently in the latter's office trying to begin a collaboration they've been thinking of for weeks. This was just one excuse to get Sheldon's mind off the fact that any day now, he's going to be a father or just the fact that he must adhere to their pregnancy agreement by giving Amy the space she needs.

Leonard laughs looking at Sheldon. He has never seen his best friend, in all the years he has known him, bend over to great lengths just to please anybody. Sheldon looks at him like he has lost his mind. "You know Sheldon, this new you is creeping me out."

"Leonard, this is called being a good husband. You should try it sometime."

"And there's the condescending Sheldon we all know and love."

Sheldon was about to retort when Howard and Raj enters the lab panting. "Guys..." Howard tries to grip the door while catching his breath.

"What's the matter?" Leonard asks.

"Why are your phones off?" Raj berates them.

"Bernie just called. She and Penny are in the hospital because Amy's water just broke." Howard explains which makes Leonard drag a sudden catatonic Sheldon out the door.

"Where are they?" Penny paces the hospital waiting room. "Why the hell did Sheldon and Leonard turn off their phones?"

"Come on....Amy doesn't need us panicking right now." Bernadette says as she hangs up the phone after checking on with Stuart and the kids. "Besides, Howard is now driving the guys here so don't worry."
