•Veronica's POV•
At the food court me and Mason choose pizza and go to order. The waiter was a girl drooling all over Mason. I didn't like this girl looking at Mason like that and it was making me angry which isn't common. I guess Mason noticed so he wrapped his arm around my shoulder bringing me closer and kissed me on the cheek. My eyes widened and my cheeks began to turn pink so I tried to hide my face in Mason's arm to which he chuckled. The waiter's flirty face turned to me now with an ugly face. Yikes! What did I do?

She took our order and walked away upset.

Mason pulled me out of his arm so he could face me.

"W-hy did you kiss my cheek and why was she nice to you but not me?"

Mason laughed and shook his head. "You are more clueless than I thought," he sighed.

"What do you mean?"

"I kissed your cheek to show her I was taken and that you're my girl."

"Oh," I said as my face started heating up again. "But why was she so rude to me?"

"She's jealous love. No girl has ever gotten close to me but you and you're beautiful of course other girls would get jealous of you."

Before I could say anything the pizza arrived and we started digging in.

*At the pack house*
Skylar eagerly runs up to me while I'm watching T.V. in the living room and starts talking about a party that's going on later.

"Omg I'm so excited. I'm gonna have the best time getting you ready. Mason thought controlling himself now was hard wait til he sees you when I'm done!"

"Wait there's a party? For what? I don't even have nice clothes with me. Do I have too?"

Skylar just rolls her eyes, "Yes you have to and you can't get out of it. Don't worry about clothes you're the Luna there will be something. The party is a human party that a few other werewolves are going to. We're gonna have so much fun!"

"What about Mason is he coming too?" I asked. Mason was away doing work right now and the idea of not being with him at night didn't feel good. Mason made me feel better but I can't control how much he affects me which scares me but I'm trying to accept everything because it is my destiny.

"Mason is definitelyyy coming once ge sees you when I'm done. Now c'mon we have to get ready!" Skylar says enthusiastically.

I'm not a makeup girl so having it done was super uncomfortable.

"Stop moving I'm almost done!" I could tell Skylar was trying to be patient with me but I couldn't help it.

"I'm sorry it tickles." I giggle.

"Ok done!"

Finally! I got up to see how I looked it the mirror and..

"Wow.." I was speechless and amazed by how good it was.

"Ok now go try on the dress I picked out. It'll look great with your body."

Once I finished changing into my dress I knew I was not going anywhere dressed how I was. It was too revealing and showed more skin than I wanted.

"Uh uh I am not going out dressed like this Skylar it's too much."

"Come out so I can see you."

I stepped out trying to hide my body.

"Oh my gosh! You look great! Please Roni I worked so hard you have to for me. Pretty pwease." Skylar begged.

I know I am going to regret this so much but I am too nice to let her hard work go to waste.
