It's been two day's since Kid and I went out on our date, right now I am sitting on the couch watching Television while waiting for Kid to get back. For two-four hours I practiced with Keith and Alex, we have a new weapon that we unlocked it's name is Soul Reaper. When we were done, I was sweating a lot, so I went upstairs looked around for kid and then look a Shower since I could not find him. When I got out of the shower, I got dressed in a Tank Top and short Shorts, I headed downstairs and saw Kid no where to be found, so I took the chance and decided to go out and look for him. He might be lost, what would happen if he got kidnapped and could not do anything? That's what I am worried about.....I walked around the house looking for Keith and Alex, I couldn't find them so I left then a note saying I've gone out to look for Kid since I am worried about him.
I headed out the Door and started walking to the School and every where in Death City, I have to admit that I am kind of scared since this is the first time that Keith and Alex are not with me. "Kid! Kid! Kid!" I kept on repeating hoping that Kid would say something or hug me, I looked all around the City a few times and came to a secret valley, "Has this been here?" I asked myself, I started walking into the valley and heard some dude's whispering to others to stop talking. "Kid! Kid! Kid!" I said again, no response then all of a sudden I hear some one. "Yes?" the voice said, I turned around hoping to see Kid's face, but instead I saw a guy's face that I have never seen before.He seemed creepy so I started to back away, but I couldn't really because when I backed away, all he did was walk towards me.
"Y-y-your n-n-not K-K-Kid..." I said worried, "Nope" the dude said and kept on walking towards me. "What do you want from me?" I asked backing into a Trash Can, "I want you" he said. When he said that my eye's got wide and I tried to run, but before I could he grabbed me and put me up against the wall, I put my head up and closed my eye's. "Open your eye's darling" he said and I did not listen to him, so instead of repeating himself he threw me against the ground, hard enough for me to scream in which I did. Every few second's, he'd hit me up against something really hard that would make me scream, I kept on screaming and finallyI had enough, I started kicking and punching him. He put me to the Wall again.
"You little Brat!" He said looking at me, I closed my eye's and opened them, he threw me into the Trash Can's and I screamed and yelled Kid's name a few times. The dude noticed and came over to me and picked my up by the Throat, "Your never gonna see your little "Kid" ever again Princess!" He said kind of mocking me. I started coughing and yelled Kid's name again, since I would not stop he put me up against the wall, but this time really hard. Hard enough that he could have broken my Spine, or any other Bones around my back. I started to spit up Blood and started coughing really bad, yet I still yelled Kid's name. Hoping he would save me. When I looked upI saw that the dude that was beating me up had gotten a Pocket Knife out. He put me up against the wall again and put the Knife to my Throat, about to cut it. I held his arm with both of my hands on the arm that he was holding me up against the wall with.
"Say goodnight" The dude said and I was ready to die, I closed my eye's and felt the ground. I thought I had just died. until I heard Kid's voice. "Lexis, babe please wake up!" He started saying in an upset voice, I opened my eye's and saw Kid, he smiled and kissed me, then I noticed the guy. When I noticed him he noticed that I had noticed him, then he took me and put me up against the wall again. "Now, I am gonna finish what I started" he said putting the knife to my throat again, like he did before. Kid's eye's went wide when he saw the Knife and heard what he said, "Let her go!" Kid said demanding the dude to let me go. He looked at kid and then back at me, he hit me and gave me a Black eye. I tilted my head back because it hurt really bad.
"Okay! Now YOUR GONNA GET IT!" Kid said raising his voice at him, "NO ONE AND I MEAN NO ONE EVER GIVES MY GIRLFRIEND A BLACK EYE EVER!!" Kid said running toward the dude, I dropped from the wall and slid against the ground a bit. Kid saw that I was hurting, he shot the guy and ran to me picking me up, while he was running to be I fell and hit my head. He gasped and quickly picked up my head, "Babe, please. Stay with me!" I opened my eye's and his face looked sad. He realized my eye's were open and he put his head next to mine, "I'm fine" I said. "You don't look it" he whispered into my ear, "You must die!!!" We heard from behind us, Kid turned around fast and shot him while on his knee's.
Kid stopped and was breathing hard, he put his guns down and they turned into their human form. The girls held Kid up so he does not fall, when he was okay, he turned around to me again and brushed my hair gently. "Are you sure you're okay Alex?" Liz asked, "Yes, I'm sure." I said breathing hard and looking up at her. Kid kissed me and I kissed back, in the kiss he picked me up without breaking the kiss. The guy was on the ground and I guess Lord Death was worried about Kid as well because he showed up, when he was in our sight I started to cough up blood again and it was so much blood that I almost fainted. "NOOOOOO!!!!" Kid said while he started crying and he put his head near mine again, Lord Death landed next to us and looked over at me. "What's going on little buddy?" he asked, Liz and Patty looked at him and Liz told him what had happened to me, and what Kid did to save me. I started to cough up blood again and then we heard footsteps and Kid did not notice until he got closer to us, because he was so worried about me, before Kid could turn his head the dude had the Pocket Knife in his hand again. "Time....To.....Kill.....The.....Both....Of.....You!" He said trying to take breaths. Kid turned his head finally and we all looked at the guy, as soon as Lord Death saw the knife, he got mad. "Ready Death Scythe?" Lord Death asked his weapon and I guess he said he was ready, and all of a sudden he strikes the guy with his Death Scythe. Kid and I were shocked, we did not aspect him to be here and to save us, "Leave my son and his girlfriend alone!" He said in his angry voice, I started to cough again and Kid looked at me with the most innocent look ever, Kid put his head next to mine again and whispered something in my ear, I could not hear what he said because before he said it I fainted and everything went black to me.
When I woke up I was in the Death City Hospital with Kid, his weapons, my weapon and Lord Death standing around the bed, but with Kid sitting in a chair holding my hand crying with his head down. I opened my eye's and told every one not to say anything, I want to surprise Kid. Every body shook their heads okay and I looked at Kid waiting for him to lift his head up, after a few minutes he did not lift his head up, he just kept on crying and crying, so I decided to tighten my grip on his hand and he finally lifted his head up at me. I smiled at him and he smiled at me with tears running down his face, glad that I was alive. "Your alive!" Kid said getting up and kissing me on the lips, I smiled and kissed him back, when we broke apart I smiled and looked at him "Of course I'm alive" I said watching at what he was doing. "Don't ever ever scare me like that again!" He said because he was scared I was not gonna wake up, he looked at me and kept his eye's on me. I also just kept on looking at him, "I just don't want to lose you, you are the best thing that has ever happened to me" He said leaning in about to kiss me, but before he was about to, Dr. Stien came in the room checking up on me, making sure I was okay.
