The fourth night since the thief's first appearance. I was confused, due to them not coming again. Maybe they'd moved on from me, because my treasure was so different. It was not physical.
Edd and I spoke more. They needed somewhere to sleep for a few nights but didn't seem to sleep that much. Maybe just when I was at work.
They came from London, which was quite the way away from here. This was a small town in the north of England. It was so insignificant, and for someone this pretty wanting to crash here, it was magnificent.
They confessed they'd felt something too. I was taken aback. I've never really had friends, let alone someone who liked me in that way.
Before it was done, they kissed me and told me goodnight. I looked into their eyes which told me a million stories and this was one of the most important.
