The baby that Rose said was her mum's was actually her's.
Rose will tell the baby stories about The Doctor, the baby's dad, and how she could never see him again. Rose would always never finish the stories, because she got too emotional.
One day, that baby will find a way to travel through parallel universes with out leaving giant holes or rips in the universe's time-space continuum, because she's got Time Lord in her.
The baby will find out where The Doctor is and bring him to see Rose again, after going on an adventure or two with her Dad of course.
Rose won't recognize him until after a second when he shows her his sonic screwdriver.
The Doctor and Rose will run to each other and Rose will kiss him passionately, even though he's not the Tenth Doctor.
They'll talk for awhile, maybe even have tea and lunch.
Then he'll say he has to go back to our universe and save it some more.
Rose nods and knows he has too.
The baby will ask if she can go spend some time with The Doctor and Rose will laugh and say "Sure, why not? Just bring her back safe Doctor."
It will be 20 years until The Doctor and his kid will see Rose again, but Rose doesn't have long, as she has cancer.
The Doctor and the baby won't know until Rose's mum tells them.
They go to the hospital and see Rose in a hospital bed hooked up to monitors and machines.
The Doctor starts to tear up, as does the kid.
They walk over and take her hands and hold them.
She takes a strenuous breath.
She asks, "Is that you Doctor?"
The Doctor replies, "Yes, and our daughter."
She says, "Oh, that's good. I'm dying you know. Not going to a different universe dying, real dying. I've got cancer and it's beating me. Beating Rose Tyler, who can mess with The Daleks."
She laughs as she sees a light. From the light, The Tenth Doctor appears.
"Hello again, Rose Tyler," The Tenth Doctor says.
Rose smiles, "I love you."
The Tenth Doctor smiles also. "I never got to finish what I said at Badwolf Bay. And I don't need to. We'll finish it later. Come with me."
Rose walks up to The Doctor, "Okay."
The Tenth Doctor puts his arms around her and they walk up into the light. They suddenly disappear and the heart monitor line goes flat.
