"We never forget our first Doctor." The TARDIS never forgot any of them and is still ready to go back on adventures with his many incarnations.

What happens when a little girl meets the Doctor, a man who has just lost the love of his life and had another girl walk out on him? She waits. She waits for eleven years (and no, this is not Amy). "Hey, don't be so nasty to uncle Harry, you," his mother replied, laughing to herself at both her son's and her own reflections. Turning a corner, the boy told his mother, "Look, mommy, I'm a clown." "A clown?" Turning the corner herself, she looked at a mirror placed directly in front of them. The reflection of her son was that of a clown, with makeup and big smiling red lips.

With the Time Lords destroyed, the Doctor is lost, confused, and purposeless. But maybe the moon girl with the silver eyes will help him back on his path?

The TARDIS control panel sparked, sending showers in all directions, the Doctor looked up seeing a greenish haze surround the centre column, as he did so the interior of the TARDIS replaced with a field. In front of him a wondrous sight, a huge blimp about to land. "Ooh," realisation suddenly drawing over his face turning to run as fast as he possibly could knowing where and when he had appeared.

Regenerate alone and losing a certain companion, the Doctor crashed in Earth, and was found by Sam Piper, a tenth years old boy who was alone at Christmas. The two lonely souls met and started their adventure through time and space.

Sitting in a chair a teenager sat wearing a grey silver visor over his eyes. Two controls, one in each hand, moving a tiny stick with his fingers and pressing various buttons. On the visor the words "Game Over" were embedded into it in a silver text. The strap holding the visor suddenly tightened, and then as if form nowhere a white light surrounded the visor, no sound, the player sat upright, body now not moving but fingers still moving on the controls.

A puddle of rain water lay on the floor by a mirror in the hall Of Mirrors, a puddle that its self reflected the above ceiling of the circus tent, but behind that just visible a purple and green glow starting to emit from the water. Standing by the puddle a girl with blonde hair, long flowing dress holding a red balloon stood motionless. "Retribution for the family will be mine," the girl said, sniffing the air around her.

Duchess, now revealed to be the newly regenerated Rani, has started her master plan of degenerating the Doctor. With Angela, Lewis and Jack all preoccupied with the attack of the Opaxi and Enallions and the dangerous Heathcliff under the Rani's command, they cannot do anything as he degenerates into his previous incarnations. Can the Rani be stopped? Can anyone alter the degeneration process to prevent the Doctor shriveling up to his incarnation before he was even born? And whose life will be lost at the cost of trying?
