I'm on my way to the ultrasound with Desiree. I'm a little late, because you know, I had gang business to take care of, but she'll live. I got there and got out of my car. I walked in and up to the front desk. "I'm here for a ultrasound with Desiree Montoya", I said.

She nodded and started typing on her small computer. "Room 135", She said. I nodded and started walking to the room. I got to the door and opened it. Desiree was sitting on the bed while the doctor was sitting on the couch. The doctor stood up.

"Where we're you?!", she yelled. "Desiree, I'm not in the mood, let's just get this over with", I said lazily. She rolled her eyes and laid on the hospital bed. I sat in the chair next to her.

The doctor started rubbing the familiar gel on her stomach. "Would you guys like to know what your having?", the doctor asked. "Yes", I said. Desiree glared at me. "Your having twins boy and girl", the doctor said.

"Ok, thank you", I said. "No problem", she said. She printed the ultrasound and handed one to me and Desiree. She walked out, leaving the door open. "I wanted to have a baby shower", she said while wiping the gel off her stomach.

"We already talked about this, I told you that I'm doing something with my family that day", I said. "Oh, so what? I'm not your family?", she asked while crossing her arms. "No, but the twins in your stomach are", I said.

"Whatever, and why won't you let me meet your girlfriend and kids? I mean, I am supposed to know them in order for them to hang around my babies", she said. "Desiree, another time, now I need to get home, I'm tired and irritated, I'll see you at the next appointment", I said.

I grabbed my phone and car keys and walked out. I walked outside and got in my car. I started it and started home.
