Twice reaction to accidentally insulting/being mean to their you during a fight

Nayeon: Nayeon is a really bright girl so it would take a lot to actually get her to that point where she'd actually insult someone or cuss in general. For her cussing and insulting is something you shouldn't do in general, since verbal violence isn't good, so she would always try to keep her cool whenever there would be any problems. I think the only scenario which actually would make her insult someone is, if she feels provoked or if she feels like the person is talking down to her, since she isn't really a fan of disrespect. You guys would probably be in the middle of a fight when she would snap. You probably would try to talk to her about something she did, which seemed a little unreasonable and childish. By accident and because she would get hurt of the term 'childish' she would get really defensive and basically twist your words. "So you're telling me I'm a childish dumb kid?" "That's not what I said I-" "Yes it obviously is! Why are you together with me if I'm oh so childish, huh?", since she's pretty emotional she would start crying and wouldn't let you close to her in general. "You're such an asshole", she would say under tears which would shock you since you didn't expect her to go this far. "Nayeon...", you'd just look at her with hurt in your eyes and she would be shocked at herself. "I... I really am a childish, unreasonable person oh my god...", she would probably beat herself up for it while you'd hug her and tell her that it was alright and that she isn't a bad person, after she'd calm down a little she would apologize even more.

Jeongyeon: To me Jeongyeon seems like someone that couldn't deal with injustice properly, she could take a lot but injustice or seeing someone hurting someone else she loves would be too much for her. I guess there would be a day she'd come home from work after being treated pretty poorly by her manager or someone else in the company and since she couldn't do anything she'd be already in a really bad mood, just one word would probably be enough to make her let everything out she kept inside. At first you wouldn't realize how bad she was actually feeling so you would make some jokes to lighten up the atmosphere in general. She wouldn't laugh but just be really pissed and after a while she'd have enough. "Shut the fuck up for fucks sake, you're so annoying.", after she'd say that you would probably be really sad about it, since you really just wanted to make her feel better but it just seemed like you made everything worse. You'd just nod and give her some space. Jeongyeon would soon feel extremely guilty after thinking about the whole thing for a while, she would understand that you didn't actually do anything bad and that you couldn't know how she felt unless she would have told you. She'd sit next to you onto the couch and slowly take your hand, looking at you apologetic. "I'm so sorry this got out of hand... i didn't mean to hurt you, I never want to hurt you, really... I'm so, so sorry please don't take the things I said serious okay? It was my fault!", Jeongyeon would be really good with words and would explain you the whole situation calmly, she'd also make sure you won't be sad anymore, she'd apologize deeply and probably tell you how great of a person you are and that she appreciates you so much.
