Officer Paul's Interrogation Room

JM: ...

YG: ...

Paul: Alright you two, let's break this down. You'll help me do that much, yes?

(PAUL SLIDES NOTEPAD AND PEN OUT TO YOONGI, WHO TAKES IT INSTANTLY)

Paul: I've gathered Jungkook's version of what happened. You all went out to get noodles and Violeta came into the same building as you. Then she started acting rude, demanding things out of you, and a small fight broke out between her and Taehyung. No one was hurt... then the lights went out, you all went into the freezer to take cover because of the tornado warning--without Violeta-- and came back to find her dead body?

JM: Yes. That sounds correct.

Paul: Okay. Before we go into a further breakdown of the specifics, I want to ask you all a few things about your team members and the dynamics you all have together. Go as personal as you'd like...I'm not pushing anything, but the more you share, the higher chance you can all get out of here sooner.

YG (PAPER): Sounds good.

Paul: Alright, then. My first questions for you both: How is the dynamic of your team at the moment? Who is in charge, who calls the shots, and who usually sticks together?

JM (BLINKS WHILE THINKING): Hmmmm...well I can tell you that Namjoon is in charge--Jin is sorta his sidekick/coleader.

YG (TAPPING JIMIN'S SHOULDER): No, Taehyung is the leader. He always has been.

Paul (NODDING): It's okay if you two disagree on things. The whole purpose of this is to see what you each think of the situation as individuals.

YG: Then why didn't you bring us in individually?

JM: Because! I need you for--I mean, you need me for emotional support, Yoongi.

(YOONGI STARES AT TABLE)

Paul: Regardless of why I let you two in together, you still need to answer my questions. Next question. Are you two close enough that it is alright if we discuss personal matters.

YG: Yes.

JM: Of course. Yoongi and I are like brothers-

YG: Brothers...?

JM (QUICKLY) : We know pretty much everything about each other. The other boys tease us about it a lot because...well...

YG: Jimin won't say it, but I will.

JM: Yoongi, it's not necessary for the investigation-

Paul: If the information clearly doesn't pertain to the questions I ask or to the investigation, you don't have to share it. Yoongi, if you feel the need to write it down and give it to me after, you may.

(JIMIN SIGHS, CRACKS NECK)

YG: Okay.

Paul: We're clear then? Great. I have more questions for you. Did you know the identity of that woman when she arrived in the restaurant?
