                              Adriens P.O.V.

I never thought mommy would say those things. Does he mean that?? Of course he does. Why would he lie?? He taught me not to lie but...can I trust him??

3rd P.O.V.
Adrien,lost in his thoughts,ran right into the right person. He fell running so hard. He looked up at the stranger he just ran into. It was Pat. Pat looked down at Adrien with a frown "hey buddy!!...where you heading so fast??" He looked around to see if anything was chasing him,after seeing no one was there,he sunk to his knees to be at Adrien's level.

Adrien quickly wiped the redness and tears from his eyes with the back of his hands,he didn't want to seem weak. Pat saw what he was doing and removed his hands from his face "what's wrong Adrien??" The tall petite guard asked,planning on getting an answer from Adrien.

Adrien tried to talk,but all that came out was muffles and groans as he only cried harder. Pat realized he was in no shape to speak so he picked him up and walked to his office.

~some time later~
Adrien managed through a nearly incomprehensible voice explain what happened to Pat. Pat sat there and nodded,he looked over at his desk,getting up he opened a drawer,fishing through he got a journal and pen handing it too Adrien. "I'm sorry what happened buddy... I'm not the best with advice and I've never had this happen to me before soo..." he opened it up to a fresh new page and wrote the date '8/28/2030'.

"I find that talking to people helps you,but it's hard to talk to people,so writing your problems down also helps." Pat said,handing the journal and pin back to Adrien.

Adrien stared down at the book in wonder. He never thought of writing his problems down,even then he just recently learned how to read and write,so it's not like anybody would want to/be able to read it.

Adrien looked back up at Pat with a confident smile "okay Pat!! Thanks!!" He reached up and hugged his neck,receiving one back he let go and went out the door. Pat waved him out with a proud smile on his face.

Adrien avoided all the on duty soldiers going around the base and made to his and Sophie's room. He got on his own twin sized bed and opened the journal,thinking on what to write;

Deer diary. Today's been not good. Mommy came back home but got caught and knocked out. i was crying and everything (but dont tell no one that pleese). then dad took him two a really empty room werhe it was dark and stuff. i wtached thru a window the hole time. i kicked and call for him but he didnt say anyrhing. i watched and they talked,i even heard cuss waoeds to. dad said something in moms ear while he was crying. i didnt heer it. but he said he didnt want me and sohie and he left us hear for daddy too take care of us. it was painfool. my mommy dont love me but i love him. i tought He loove me but i was not right. i even push him away and yell at him. it made me feel bad too be meen to mommy but he wass meen first. and also im wait ing for that doggie daddy promiced two get me. Okay thats all bye.
