unhappy endings.

Chapter 3.

Travis:

Waking up to birds chirping and beautiful sun rays entering your house. Not good. I hate the sun. I always did. Yet I still do not understand why my curtains are always open for the sun to enter.

I groggily get up to shut the curtains and make my way to my bathroom.

As I enter inside the bathroom, I stop once i pass the mirror . Damn. I really do look different. Aunt Shirley really did a good job. I have flawless skin , no glasses nor do I have braces I also have a well skulped body. Thanks to overly  working out.. Well atleast people can see my striking blue eyes. To think that is my favorite thing about me. My eyes. Sad life I live.

Anyways, I still have not unpacked as yet and still have a ton of boxes to unpack. Uncle Max said he would come help during the week.

Oh did I forget to mention who I am or why I have boxes to unpack.... ?My apologies.

My name is Travis and I'm from a small town in Phillips. I moved here on Saterday. I can not say the house is big but it is just right. I moved here after an incident with both my parents occurred and they unfortunately are not here with us today (as you guessed... they passed on) . I live with my aunt, Shirley and uncle, Max. They are not present at the moment as they wanted to spend one last day with each other back in their home town. Anyways the real reason why we moved here was because I might have caused alot of trouble back home when i came to learn that my parents were deceased. Not major things just the usual fights and a little bit of pranks from time to time. Also done a bit too much partying and drinking...as well as smoking. My.. guardians, as some put it ,were really disappointed in me so we moved down here. Before that though, my aunt thought it would be nice to give me a "make over" and since we're moving to a new place so should my appearance... well appear new, I suppose. Anyways,  before the whole incident , I was the biggest "nerd" as kids called me. I was always the top student and was well known for my over-achievements. I was also in a maths-lete squad. And to add to the horror ; I wore really thick reamed glasses with braces as well. Yes. I was the cliche nerd.

Back to the present, I am starting school tomorrow and I cannot say that I am excited. I might look different but I still am a shy boy. Though I have learned how to hide all that behind a blank face.

After doing my business I went back to my room , took out my laptop and watched Bones on Netflix. I really find this series interesting. Who woulda thought I would fall for a hard-headed woman called : Temperance Brenan a.k.a Emily Deschanel. Okay she might be a character in a make-believe show yet I still find her al- .

Okay maybe I do watch this show too much.
I watched about 2 episodes till sleep consumed me.

Next morning:

I barely got to school on time. Well I might have accidentally forgotten to set an alarm last night... well that was a bit on purpose.

I got inside and everyone and I mean EVERYONE was staring at me. I mean come on people! I am human gee . Did I just say gee? What is happening with me?

On my way to the office to get my timetable, the first person approached me. A girl . With her friend.

"Good morning new guy! I'm on the school committee and I'm here to help you around the school. Any questions will be answered. Also you're really cu-"

"Becky! You're doing it again. " replied the girl next to who I assume is Becky.

"Right I'm sorry. I'm Becky by the way and this right here is Camilla. And you are?"

" Going to class thank you for the whole... introduction.I can find my own way around. I hope not to see you around." I turned and left after that. The girl , Camilla just frowned at me. Oh well. Can't afford getting distracted. I kind of felt bad about that . Just kind of.

After lunch I left and went home. No I was not dodging or skipping class. Turns out I had a free period so i left. Ahh home. My favourite place. Time to tune in to my favorite show and hopefully sleep.
