we are constructing bridge over the river,we took this project after the rainy season since the rain is low,our aim is to to ocnstruct it before next rainy.

as we planned we almost constructed,we have to finish it in 2 days,and the rainy season is still a week according to atmosphere.

then what is the problem

the problem is the upper regines hav rainfall early,so the rivers   are over flowing their,that water is leading directly to the river where we are constructing the bridge,because of overflow we cant finish the final work,

above 800 meters that means this area has rain1 fall and water was flowing right down to our site.

but forth,in the middle we hav a dam which above 600 kms of our site.we can halt water their.

yes,we already considerd that but the water capacity is low their we cant halt water for more that 10 hrs.

then let them halt for just 10 hrs,but we need 24 hrs ming.

above 400 meters there is a small reserviors on both side of the river where the water is halted and suplied for small cities.

what ?we dont see any like that in map.

yes,nobody knows about that because we build that reseivior for small  farmers to their cultivation.

what ?yes,last year we went to that villages for our project work,there we see the problem of farmer how the floods are spoiling their crops,

so we took the project and get permision nad made reserviors on both side of rivers so that the when the overflow is their we can halt water to enter the villages,.

based on what you said,right now there is no water in reserviors beacuse they stoped the water flow,so all the water is directly flowing to our construction site and then to the ocean.

if they open the reserviors and halt water their,we will hav more than 24 hours.
