Chapter Two

*baekhyun's POV*

As i walked in the cafeteria, i looked around to see that many people were staring at us . Of course, i know we're handsome!!

I was known to be the talkative one in EXO, or at home or wherever i was. I always made jokes which would lighten up moods. In terms of relationship status, i'm not going to go there yet, for now .

I looked across and saw a girl wearing baggy jeans and big sized shirt . Her hair was tied into a ponytail and her fringe reached her eyebrows, just like mine. She wore this huge specs which spoiled her face. She kind of looked nerdy but that was none of my business.

But something about her was different that got my attention. I stared at her spill her drink amd her blush . Her cheeks were red and i thought it was cute. I couldn't get my eyes off her, i wanted to know her better, to see her true self but that would take time. When she glanced at me, i smirked and continued to eye her .

Why do you care about her ? She's nothing to you. I thought to myself . No, part of me wants to know her because i believe that she isn't the girl i see in my eyes now.

I pulled my eyes away from her and ate my apple while i talked to chen, my bestfriend . Chen had a girlfriend, i couldn't remember her name, i had too many girl's name in my head!!!

I could feel a pair of eyes staring into me and i instantly knew it was her. I was about to look at her when my phone vibrated.

"ZZZZZZZ ZZZZZZZ ZZZZZZZ ZZZZZZ"

i answered it, "hello?"

"Babe! Finally you answered, why didn't you pick up my calls ? I missed you. Anyways, do you want to eat lunch together after school?" Taeyon asked me.

Taeyon and i were somewhat dating but we were a bit complicated. Yet i still loved her .

"Yeah sure, i'll pick you up after class later on okay? "

After she agreed, i went to class. I was surprised to see that the girl was there, sitting quietly and staring into space. As i was about to get a seat, i saw a big guy came up to her and took her bag.

He emptied it and tore the pages out of the books and insulted her.

I know she's a nerd, but why do this kind of guys keep bullying her? I'd better help her , i thought to myself.

I ran to the big guy and pushed him away. I shouted at him and made sure he didn't go near the girl. When the teacher came, i took a seat beside her and found she was crying. Her fringe was covering her face but i knew she was crying. "Hey, are you okay?" I asked her gently.

She did not answer. Instead, she looked to the window and ignored me. I tried again . "Hey, uhm whatever your name is, you okay? He won't disturb you anymore, i took care of him . So don't worry."

Finally she looked towards me and sniffed. "Really..?"

"Yes i'm sure."

Her voice was so soft and sweet, oh her eyes, brown and gentle. I couldn't keep my eyes off her again.

I asked her "so what is your name?"

"I'm Oh seyeon" just call me yeonnie or seyeon. You're.. baekhyun right? I heard" she answered me.

"Yeah" i was distracted by her sweet voice. How i wished i could take off her specs and just be herself. I knew she was covering herself but it waa attracting more bullies and i was worried.

Suddenly i felt this tingling sensation in my stomach.

What feeling is this? I'm not falling in love am i.."
