(and okay people just shoosh for the moment cause whether or not this is too soon I wanted some drama to happen so-)

He was confused. No one had hardly even looked at him, and when they did they usually shuddered and then fell, mainly because of how "hot" his brother was— but that thought was put aside an announcement came on over the intercom.

"Attention students, you will remain in your first period class in which you should be in right now until you are told to go otherwise. Teachers, lock the doors, I want the following to step out of their classroom and come to room 124."

"Mrs.OoF, Mrs.oOf, Mr.OoF, and Mr.oOf, please come to room 124."

"We are officially under a lockdown."

Whispers broke out as the announcement ended. Ethan looked around. His brother had left the room about half an hour, but never returned. He thought for a moment. His eyes widened as he finally realized.

His brother was the person responsible for the lockdown.

Their teacher scurried off to room 124, but unfortunately completely forgot to lock the door. After about a minute when their teacher left, they heard screams echoing through the hallways. Ethan flung the door open.

A girl called Cassie ran after him, with glasses and brown hair and pale skin, dotted with freckles. No surprise why, she was the one who was the most strict on rules. "Ethan!" she called, despite how scared she was of him just as everyone.

Alex quickly raced after her and saw Jay holding another guy by his throat, him choking. She immediately recognized him, it was a guy she knew from 5th grade that liked her and was friends with her: Max Collins.

Jay let him down as Alex approached him, Ethan trying to shove Alex away from him. After she kept moving closer he eventually gave up. Jay walked over to Alex. Ethan went back a few steps, but Alex was stuck.

Jay lifted her chin up, their faces close, yet her eyes still hidden. From what he did to Max, she knew anymore wrong moves and she just might end up like him.

"See that? That's what he gets for trying to steal my girl." he smirked, gesturing to Max.

"I-I'm n-no one's-" she stuttered, but was quickly interrupted by Jay. She was determined not to fall for this guy like every other stupid girl did.

"Oh, look, you're already falling for me." Still smirking, he moved his face closer to hers. She looked off, only just now realizing that Ethan had ditched her, leaving her with him. She tried to move away, but Jay wasn't letting her. He had put an arm around her waist.

Oh great, now I'm going to turn into some mushy-brained weirdo like all the other girls here, she thought. "N-No I'm not-" was all she could even think of to say when she was interrupted again. However, this was luckily by the teachers.

"Just what do you think you're doing out of your classroom?" The teacher barked. "Sorry ma'am, the announcements weren't working for some reason in the room I was in and the ones around us." He lied through his teeth. "Alright, I'll let it slip just this once since it's the beginning of the school year. Go ahead and report back to your classes."

"See you later..babe." He let her go and walked down the hall back to his classroom. She rolled her eyes and bumped into Ethan. "Where were you??!" She impatiently inquired.
"Getting you out of whatever the heck he would do to you." He answered, returning the tone. "I would have preferred that a bit earlier." "Whatever, just be thankful I actually helped you."

And they returned to class without another word, Cassie trailing behind them.
