Prompt #1 - Cold All Year 'Round. (Why? That's for you to decide ;3 )
1st Person
It was chilly outside, as always. I rubbed my hands together, trying to warm myself up, as I walked down the block. My friends and I had agreed to meet up at the hot chocolate place down the street from me. I was on my way there now.
My feet crunched on the icy snow as I wondered when this would all be over. We hadn't had a normal summer in years. I longed for a time when the weather would be sunny and warm. For once I would want to put on a short sleeved shirt.
I contemplated wether I even had any shirts like that left as I walked into the little shop. The bell jangled and the warmth of the cocoa shop engulfed me, making me feel quite cozy.
Ok, so I thought it would be cool to make it as if I make a scene from the story and you could make the book itself( idk if I'm making sense write now), I could also just write a prompt prompt, but I don't really think it's so fun. If you guys want me to though just comment and tell me. Also, it's ok to change the story around and stuff, this is for you guys, so whatever makes you happy, do it. I'm just here to give you ideas. Also, on tops a character profile thingy, thought you might wanna see it.
