The Bite

1987

Madeline Grace, age 10, was sitting in Pirate Cove. She ate her pizza and paid attention to Foxy's pirate talk. At Freddy Fazbear's Pizza, Madeline was the only kid who paid attention to Foxy and accepted him as a fun-loving pirate. She liked Freddy, Bonnie, and Chica as well, but Foxy always stood out to her.

Then, one day... Everything drastically... changed...

Madeline watched a little get on the stage and study Foxy, say some things to him. She looked around to see no one paid attention. Madeline wanted to tell the girl to get off stage, but she was really shy...

She found a security guard nearby and walked over to him. She tapped his shoulder.

"U-Ugh... M-Mister?"

The security guard looked down at her with a smile of kindness.

"What is it little girl?"

"U-Umm..." Madeline said shyly. "A-A girl like m-me is on stage with F-Foxy... Is she s-supposed to be up th-there?"

The guard sighed. "No... She's not." He smiled. "Thank you for telling me."

The guard then left to try and deal with the little girl on Foxy's stage. A few minutes later, he went to speak with the mother of the girl.

"Miss... I think you should tell your daughter to get off the stage please. It's not safe there."

The mother sighed. "She isn't hurting anyone. She just wants to play with the fox."

Madeline was watching the little girl mess around with Foxy some more. Then... it happened.

Foxy bit the girl in the head, then let her drop to the floor. After a small sound of silence, everyone was screaming. Madeline stood still, fear crossing her face.

"Foxy..." Madeline thought fearfully. "Wh-Why...? Why do this?!"

The security guard looked at the little girl's body with fear. "Dear God..."

Madeline's mother quickly took her out of the Pizzaria and took her home. Her mother felt so sorry for Madeline, knowing that she loved being around Foxy.

Madeline would never forget that day... She would never forget the Bite of '87.
