Vex is just a young serf but when the Queen of the land makes her a dragon rider will she bbe able to impress of will she go out one day and never return?
The Queens palace was vast, there were millions of guards waiting for her to arrive back in the landing courts, then when everyone was safely on the ground she toured Vex and Avoe around all the rooms individually there were: 17 bedrooms, 30 bathrooms, 16 walk-in-wardrobes, 3 kitchens, 3 dining rooms 4 lounges, 5 landing courts, 500 dragon pens, 500 dragon cleaning pens, 500 dragon rider quarters, 100 butcher stations, 14 chapels, 1000 servant/ serf/ priest quarters, 50miles of gardens, 100 zachus fruit fields, 5000 sheep pens 5000 cow pens, 5000 pig pens, 2000 Ox pens, 5 bakery's, 2 throne rooms and so many more. "Your Highness, what do you need all these rooms for?" Vex questioned "Oh please, you don't need to address me with all the 'your highness's and your majesties' call me Rose." Answered the Queen "However back to your question, what do I need all these rooms for? I don't. That's the short answer. I just don't use them all. Now, Vex this will be your room, I will send someone to get you some new clothes. I would get your self clean in the en-suite just through that door, Dinner is at 6pm, I'll have someone collect you. Vex's room was the size of your average lounge in a large home, it was decorated with large pictures of landscapes in all seasons (wet, dry, growing and harvesting) Vex's particular favourite picture was of a a field of Zachus fruit trees all covered in spectacular pink and purple star shaped blossom and petals falling to the ground. There was also one of the crystal clear waters of the sea with a few sailboats dotted around on the waves, another was of children ice skating on a pond that had frozen over in the cold part of the wet season. Her bed was a four-poster-king-sized bed with a royal blue silk canopy and sheet, white pillows and a birch side table on either side each sporting a gold lamp with a royal blue shade. There were windows with seats in them on one wall and the rest were covered by huge white blinds the walls were also white with gold accents. (The wall paper)

Then Vex made her way into the bathroom which was completely tiled in white with a white bathtub on gold legs, a white toilet with a gold pull chain and a white sink with a gold tap and plug. Vex grabbed a towel that was laid out for her and jumped into the hot bath that had already been run for her, it was the perfect temperature, then there was a knock on the door. "Come in" she shouted
