"I'll see you soon, okay?" I looked at the girls and gave them a small smile after putting my bags in the back of the taxi.
"You better, others I will be so angry." Tyler sniffed and pulled me into a tight, warm hug. I pulled back and gently kissed her forehead.
"I promise." I whisper. I move over to May and smile. "I know you don't like hugs, but can I give you one?"
"Of course you can you muppet." She laughed, I laughed along with her and she pulled me in for a hug. I rubbed her back and heard her sniff and let out a silent whimper. I pull away and rest my hands on her arms in a gentle grip.
"Look after Mary-Jane for me?" She nodded, I wiped away a tear that was slowly travelling down her cheek, I took my hand off of her arms and go over to Mary-Jane who is just staring away from everyone. I place my hand on her shoulder and she turned around to me. She gave me a little smile and chuckled.
"I remember the first day you came here, you was so shy and frail, look at you now, you would have made your parents proud." I give her a teary smile and let out a hearty laugh.
"I hope so." She pulled out a piece of paper from her dress pocket.
"There is an address on here, it leads you to a trailer park in the East-End, you will have to pay rent for it and it isn't very nice, but its the best I could find in such short notice." She holds it out for me and I take it.
"Thank you. You have done so much for me, the other day when I called you mum, you have earned that title, you are the closest person I've had to a mother figure, so thank you for that." I saw a tear slide down her cheek and she hastily wipes it away.
"If you don't stay in touch, I will beat you until the sun goes down." She told me in a jokey, but serious manner.
"I'll hold you to it."
"You should leave now, Miss Lea." I looked at the door and saw Damien was stood at the top of the stairs, leading to the front door, with his hands behind his back.
"I'm getting there." I growled at him. "Stop getting your knickers in a twist." I heard May and Tyler laugh, while Mary-Jane gave me a disapproving look. I gave her a cheeky grin which caused her to break out of that angry mother act.
"I'll miss you all." I told the girls but was looking at Damien when I said it. He turned around and went back inside without a second glance. I turned my gaze back over to the girls and gave them another smile. "I'll see you soon.
I closed the boot of the taxi and walked around the car, opened my door and slide in, closing the door behind me. I turned around and gave them a wave. I handed the driver the piece of paper that Mary-Jane gave me and told him to go here. I felt the ending turn on and then we started driving away and I stared at everyone until all I could see was three small dots.
I'll see them soon.

9 months later
"Uhhhhhhhhhh!" I yelled out in pain and then I felt all of the pressure leave my body. I fell back onto the bed and let go of Mary-Janes hand. That's when I heard the most beautiful sound I have ever heard. His cry. My little boy's cry. I heard the scissors snip the umbilical cord and saw the nurse take him away and clean him up, then put him in a fresh, warm blanket. She walked back over to me and held my son out to me.
"Here he is. Your beautiful baby boy." I heard Mary-Jane tell me. I felt the nurse put my boy on the bare part of my chest, we were now skin on skin. I looked down at him and heard his cries simmer down. Then all I could hear was his adorable, cooing sounds.
I bent my head down and placed a gentle, soft kiss on the top of his head. He opened his eyes and stared into mine. "I can't believe you are all mine." I heard the nurses and my midwife leave the room along with Mary-Jane. "I'm sorry your daddy couldn't be here, he's a very stubborn man. I sent him all of the pictures from your ultrasounds through Mary-Jane, your grandmother, but I never got anything back. I will try even harder to get out of that trailer park now that you have graced me with your presence. Well, I'll try my best. I'm sorry that I won't be able to give you everything you want but I will try as best as I can to be the best mummy you have. Because I love you Rhys Lea. And you are my main priority, forever and always."

A year and a half later
I looked at my son in my arms, his head was turned towards me and he still looked exactly how he did when I first saw him, but instead of the blue eyes he was born with, he now had his fathers brown eyes. I looked gave him a teary smile which he returned with a gummy one, plus one tooth on his bottom gum. "I love you baby." He giggled.
I turned my gaze towards the door in front of me, I shifted Rhys in my arms and held him in a stable position in one arm, I pressed the door bell and heard it ring from inside. I could hear shuffling around inside and then everything went silent. After a couple more minutes of waiting outside, the door unlocked and opened to reveal, Damien Clark himself.
"What is it?" He hadn't looked up yet.
"Hello sir." I whispered, but loud enough for him to hear and loud enough for him to hear the sadness in my voice. He looked up and gazed at me in shock and a hint of sadness and some happiness, but my mind was probably just playing tricks on me.
"Marley. Is it really you?" I could see tears well up in his eyes, but then again my mind was probably playing tricks on me. His gaze shifted when he heard a giggle, I pushed the bag on my shoulder further up to stop it from slipping. "Is this my son?" I nodded.
"Hold out you arms." He did as he was told. I slipped the bag off my shoulder and put it onto his, then I shifted Rhys again and held him out to Damien.
"Wait what are you doing?" Damien took a hold of Rhys and gripped onto him but Rhys wouldn't let go of my hand. I felt a few tears slip down my cheek as I saw Rhys stare back at me.
"His name is Rhys Lea, you can change it to Rhys Clark if you want to, he is a year and 3 months, his birthday is May 13th. He is starting to go through the teething stage and he has recently started to hold himself up and try to walk but is still unsuccessful. He loves being read Dr. Seuss at night before bed, he loves cars, Disney movies, he loves every children show out there. His favourite solid food is cucumber, but he has to be give that in small pieces, not in big chunks."
"Marley, what are you doing?"
"I can't fulfil the life he deserves, you can, please just look after him. If you want to tell him about me that's fine, if you don't want to then that's also fine. I would like to be updated about him every week. I would also like to keep in touch with him and hear his voice every night, even if its just a voice message. I have left some nappies, formula, milk, bottles, his dummies, a picture of me and him, his favourite teddy and his blanket in that bag. He needs to be fed three or four times a day and then burped right after. He also needs a lot of fresh air, so hire a nanny and get her or him to take him to the park." I smiled at Rhys and some more tears fell out. "I'm sorry Rhys. I love you." I turned around and walked down the stairs, feeling my shoulders shake from my heavy crying.
"Wait." I stopped where I was when I heard Damiens voice from behind me. I turned around and saw him walking down the stairs, in a few more steps he was in front of me. "Stay. Stay here with me and him as my personal maid, stay here so you can be with our son. Stay here so you can be here with me. Deal or now deal?"
