I sip the tea that was given to me by a maid. The fresh leaves add a hint of freshness that I enjoy every morning. My father made sure to have them make the tea at the perfect temperature. My father is a perfectionist. I developed that from him. I believe everything has a purpose and it must be fulfilled. Like a bee for instance. Those pesky little things provide pollen for flowers. I personally, like both sides the same. Some days I may lean towards the females or maybe I'll lean towards the males. Whoever I choose has to make me happy. I don't want to marry someone who is boring or just talks about ruling the kingdom all day and night. When I find that person, I'll provide heirs, a stable relationship and service. I'm good at cooking meals but I was never a cleaner. That doesn't mean that I don't clean though. I just don't enjoy it.

My father insists that I let the maids do all of the housework but I'm a fair woman. I can take care of myself. Yes, the palace has over 2000 rooms and many buildings attached to it, but I won't make the maids and butlers clean every single room, every single day. Now that's just cruel. I curtsey and move to the edge. I yell down to her, "I see you've trained even harder today. I hope to see you up here soon. Why don't you join me for tea, Lady Jeongyeon?" I say. She grins and nods. She sets her sword in the rightful place it needs to be and comes up to the balcony by climbing, as usual. I call her Lady Jeongyeon when we're in public so no one thinks we're dating. "Princess. It's a pleasure to see you" she says. I smile and motion towards the empty seat across from me.

"Why don't you take a seat?" I say and she sits down.

I sit down and call for a maid. The maid brings Jeongyeon tea.  She refills mine, bows and leaves.
