ELENAS POV
I start to wake up and i open my eyes slowly and i feel Damons arms around my waist  hugging me and i notice im on his chest

A smile grows big on my face

Fuck i gotta brush my teeth

I dont fuck with morning breath helll nooo that shit nasty af i mean it looks nice in movies bc its romantic but in real life its nasty i love being clean

I slowly start to leave his grip and i start to roll off the bed slowly
While im rolling i stop and look back and i see damon waking up

He then looks at me with his baby blue eyes and smiles

Aww my baby

His smile quickly fades away and is replaced with him looking kind of nervous

DAMONS POV
Fuck i gotta brush my teeth

I cant kiss her not like that bc thats nasty

Dont get me wrong i love her but i dont fuck with that morning breath with anyone

I slowly start to get off the bed and she looks at me with a confused expression

3rd person
They both slowly get off at just stare at each other

The room is silent and they both start to squint at each other at the same time then they slightly glance at the bathroom at the same time and the door is open

They slowly look back at each other still squinting

And they sprint so fast to the bathroom at the same time
They both get in pushing each other

DAMONS POV
"I got in first elena, go wait for me" i said irritated

"No u didnt i did! get out damon" she said mad

"U get out"

"No"

"Elena"

"I said no!"

"Fuck, well im not either"i said crossing my arms while squinting my eyes at her

ELENAS POV

"Ughh, y do u need to go first anyways just wait for me to finish. . . i thought u were a gentleman" i said smirking at my last words

"That doesnt count i need to do something important elena"

"Just tell me!"

"I need to brush my teeth!"he said rolling his eyes

"U shouldve told me! I came to do that too"

"Im sorry elena but let me just say it straight up, i dont fuck with morning breath ill never fuck with that so dont ever expect me to kiss u in the morning unless ive brushed my teeth, you will never catch me lacking" he said with a straight face

"Thank god damon, i dont fuck with that either, this is y i needed to go to the bathroom, but yayyy!! Im so happy u think just like me bc ill never kiss u in the morning either" i said laughing at my last words

He just smiled at me and scooted over so we could brush our teeth at the same time

We started packing up bc we had to go to the airport

"Well this has been the best week ive ever had" i said smirking

I glanced at him and he had a smile on his face

*2 days later*
-Early in the office-

ELENAS POV
So todays finally work day and i get to see my daddy;)
I havent seen him since  he dropped me off at my house
Ive been way to tired to go to work which is y he let me sleep in until i felt ready to work again:))

I start walking in his office and open the door and . . .

"WHAT THE FUCK ARE U DOING HERE?!"

"Well what do u mean? I just came to visit my friend Damon, and girl chill out ur not even his girlfriend and ur already losing it"

I started making my way over there when damon stops me by getting in front of me

"MOVE DAMON"

What the- he likes her??? Y is he defending her and not me

I felt my eyes get watery

He then turns around to face victoria

"Im sorry victoria for her behavior"

When he finished his sentenced i actually felt my heart break

I felt a tear fall down my cheek

Hes apologizing to her bc of my behavior because hes embarassed of how i acted
I felt my heart drop by the thought

"Its fine damon some people just think its their place to say stuff like that acting as if theyre more than what they really are"

I felt another tear go down my cheek

He doesnt care about me

"You didnt let me finish victoria, what i meant to say is that im sorry for elenas behaviour because its my fault that u dont know whats really going on," he turns around and walks next to me and grabs my waist with his left hand"its my fault that i didnt tell u sooner but we were having the best week in Mexico- anyways i forgot to tell u that we're dating" he then cups my cheek with his right hand and kisses me

He then lets go of my lips giving them a little peck at the end

"So victoria u cant really say she was stepping out of line bc she can behave any way she wants because. . .  she can, i mean she is MY girlfriend and i know she loves me which is y she behaves like this... but i know its not jealousy because she has nothing to be jealous of, and she knows that so its probably since u guys have problems  but anyways, she knows i love her and i know she loves me, and im sorry i totally forgot to tell u" he ended his sentence by giving me a kiss on the side of my temple

I was so shocked on his response

I feel his hand wipe my tears and he cups my face

We both hear the door shut and see that victoria left

He turns my face back to him and i feel like crying because no one has ever treated me this way

I love him so much

He looks at me so softly and worried

"Whats wrong baby why did u get sad? What did u think i would say about u"
He said so worried

I actually want to cry
