It was raining cats and dogs, lightning was flashing in the dark sky full of raindrops.

"Mummy, where's Daddy?" A 3-year-old little girl asked her mother with a naive smile as she pulled her mother's right hand with her small fingers. Her silver hair shone brightly under the moonlight as she blinked at her mother with those red eyes of hers.

"Stop asking darling, he's here." The pretty woman kneel down and patted her daughter's head while brushing her soft baby hair behind her ear.

"Splash" As the water from the water puddles splashed on the mother's clothes, the door of the car opened. A slim leg stepped out, having a step on the watery floor. Instantly, a dashing man came out of the car, slamming the door behind him. He had dark brown hair, a pair of  beautiful purple eyes and a sharp nose. He approached us, letting out a mysterious smile while putting on a black robe on his shoulders.

The pretty little girl glazed at him, pulling her mother towards him, but never did she know, she was slowly pulling her mother into a black hole. The face of the mother turned as black as the clouds in the sky when she faced  the handsome looking guy. She held her little daughter 's hands tightly and pulled her besides her.

The cute girl looked at her mother, full of question marks in her round eyes. She was expecting her mum to explain to her again like her mum used to do. Instead of the friendly and loving eyes of her mother, she saw a her beloved mother with a face filled with worried and heartbreak expressions.

Why is Mummy like this in a sudden?

"Little girl, your're Natalie right? I'm your Dad."

The guy walked towards me and pushed the poor mother away, causing her to fell on the water puddles behind the roads. He kneel down held both of my hands and said, "You're coming with me."

She looked at him purely and asked, " Can you let go of me?"

The smile on the man's face soon disappeared, replacing with a cold and scaring emotion which frightened the little girl.

"It's okay, let's go in the house." As he pulled the injured mother's arm roughly and dragged her into the house while pulling  his daughter's left hand with a strong force that made me cried in pain.

"You beast! Let go of my daughter!" The pitiful woman yelled and struggled with all of her might, her silvery hair turned into a messy mop as she bit the arm of her husband.

"Ah!" The father loosed his grabbed as he curled his fist in pain.

"Mum!" The terrified girl ran over to her mother and quickly hung her mother's right arm around her small shoulders, carrying her mother into the big old modern house which belongs to the beast.

The little toddler looked back, turning her head which made her silver hair danced in the air. The man stood there, a sort of toddler expanded to adult size, irritation in his anger, a sort of impetuousness. I watched as thin brown hair moved over skin that yearned for more shade and rest. His eyes were on the small side, as if afraid to let the light in; his mouth was small and rigid, as if only used for the sort of smiles that mask cruelty, perhaps born of a lifetime of suspicion and the special kind of superiority that radiates contempt. It was one of those mouth that only twitched upwards when a deception is achieved.

"Eh...I'm feeling a little dizzy." The poor mother got up in pain, pressing her head while rubbing her eyes.

The little girl was over the moon when she heard her mother's voice. The water in her eyes was leaking out like tap water as she cuddled her mum with her short arms. But, she seemed to forget the danger behind her...
