Going Insane Chapter 15

So tomorrow is my birthday so I decided to give you another chapter this month! Some people say that since I am going to upload once a month, the chapter at least should be longer.... I will try but I am not promising anything...! I hope you enjoy!! :)

Austin's p.o.v

My mind just couldn't comprehend what she just said. 'Oli was in car accident?' and I felt like a pain in my chest that consumes me more and more. I don't know why but it feels like someone just stabbed me and it stinks. From the corner of my eyes I saw my dad hug my mum with a pained and shocked expression. For such a matter, I thought that my uncle would inform my parents about such an incident.

" We didn't know. How did it happen?" My mum asked them.

Ayden stood up and helped Lights to do the same. As they were walking towards me, Ayden had his arms around Lights and both sat next to me. Lights placed her head on top of Ayden's arm and he hugged her from the waist.

" It's not a happy memory but I am going to tell you one thing only. In that car accident we lost two people and I heard everything." She whispered.

" What do you mean you heard everything?" I asked because I don't think I have the guts to ask who died at that accident.

" We called them before it happened. Ayden was next to me when Oli and I were on the phone talking about stuff. I heard the crash, I heard their screams. I just heard everything. I thought I lost them both." Tears started falling from her eyes and I saw her grabbing Ayden's hand so tight. I turned to look my parents, only to see them with worried eyes but not curious ones like mine.

The person who was with Oli in that car crash, was the guy who my parents were talking about when he came the first day? So many questions were passing by in my heads but I knew it wasn't the right time or the right place.

A doctor came at that time, interrupting my thoughts. Everyone stood up immediately when he stopped walking in front of us.

" You don't have to worry. It was just a panic attack that led into fainting. Everything is back to normal. I am sure that is not surprise to you. You can see him but few people at a time, please. Visitor hours are last for another hour so spend them wisely. He will hold him at least for the night and I believe he will be able to discharge from the hospital tomorrow morning. " He smiled at us and then left.

Ayden and Lights rushed into the room to see him.

" I think we should let them be for the moment. They seemed so worried. " My dad said.

" Everything that they have been through. The past seems to haunt them." My mum shaked her head slightly, looking down the floor sad.

" Did you know about the accident?" I asked, curiosity taking the best of me.

" We knew that he lost some people important to him that causing the panic attack but my brother never told me more things about it. He didn't want to go into details." My father sighed.

I thought that those information were enough for tonight but I would lie if I said if I was more curious than I was before. All three of us sat down and waited for them to get out of the room.

After 45 minutes or so, which seemed like hours, Ayden walked out of the room and told us that we come in to see him too. We stood up and I let my parents to walk in first. As I followed behind them and I entered the room, I saw Lights sitting next to the bed, holding hands with Oli. Oli was smiling at her and caressing her hands. They seemed so happy that they see each other, like they need to each other to feel better. It was such a heart breaking moment, would anyone look at me like that if I was in the same position as Oli?

" Sorry for taking so long. I am sure you want to see him too. He just made us worry so much" Lights said still holding his hands.

" I am sorry, babe. It just happened." Oli said smiling at her.

" Asshole!" Lights scuffed and got up. She walked towards me and hugged me tightly.

I hugged her back even though it felt quite awkward. " Thank you so much for taking care of him. It means a lot to us" She kissed my cheek and walked out of the room. Ayden followed after her and gave me a quick hug too. " Thanks for catching him on time." He nodded at left the room.

My mum and dad took the stairs next to the bed and I was standing opposite of the bed looking at him.

" How are you honey?" My mum asked.

" I am perfectly fine. I have panic attacks like that. Everyone is over exaggerating." He smiled widely about them, hoping that they will not worry too much about it.

" If you say so. The doctor said that you can be discarged from here tomorrow but you will definetely rest when we get home." My mum said sternly at him.

" Whatever you say, ma'am, as long as I have good company." He winked at her. Mum chuckled a little bit and got up. " We will leave you alone since visitor hours are almost over." She kissed his cheek like a mum would do and my father wished him well and then they left. 

I didn't move from where I was standing and Oli was looking at me from his bed. After a few seconds Oli said " Are you going to sit next to me?"

I didn't answer but I did sat next to him. I was just looking at me, taking notice of his exotic features. He looked more pale and tired.

" Thank you for catching me before I crush on the floor. You are my hero." He said jokingly.

" I was worried, so worried. " I confessed.

" I know" He answered looking serious now.

" I didn't know what to do. I felt so useless as you were lying on the floor next to me.I didn't know what happened to you. You were find a few minutes before and then fainting right in front of me" I told him and I felt the pain in my chest getting worse and worse.

" I know. I am sorry." He said grabbing my hand and interlocked our fingers. If any guy did that or at anyother place I would probably have pushed him away and leave.

But I didn't. I hold his hand firmer because I guess I needed it. I hated myself for needing a guy to hold my hand like that or give me that kind of comfort.

When I found the guts to look at him in the eyes, he was looking at me with such a way ( look gif) that almost left my breathless. I didn't know why he was looking at me and especially didn't know what kind of look was it but I guess I will another thing that I will think constantly.

After a few seconds of looking at each other he did something that left me more shocked and without breath. With one hand, he reached for the back of my head and kissed me. He kissed me on my cheek, quite close to my face.

I was startled and quite shocked. I am sure that my eyes were wide open but he just smiled at me and looked me in the eyes. " Austin, I am okay now. Don't worry"
