Sebastian had never seen Salt Lake City in the summer and god was it beautiful. Under different circumstances he would've loved to explore the wonderful city with Dallas but they were there solely for his son.It had been difficult coming to terms with the news but with the help of Dallas, Sebastian found healthy outlets for his emotions. At times where anger and frustration were at the forefront of his mind he found himself running around his neighborhood with his angsty playlist blaring from his headphones. Late at night when the guilt was overwhelming he found himself in the kitchen trying out new recipes. Sebastian couldn't help but think that if Dallas wasn't with him alcohol would become his best friend.
During this past week Sebastian found an overwhelming amount of love and support from his friends. More than a few times, Tom had called and chatted with Sebastian. He didn't know if his fiancée was behind there recent spike in communication but he found that his talks with Tom always left him feeling enlightened. He'd always known Tom was his family but after this he couldn't help but feel like he had a brother and that he was truly a part of the Hiddleston family.
Sebastian smiled to himself as he looked to his side and saw Dallas looking out the window in awe of the countryside. Without thinking of it his hand found hers and brought it to his lips. He sweetly kissed it and held it to his cheek.
A blush crept onto Dallas' cheeks and she leaned in to kiss him. Her hands found themselves at the base of his head and they stayed there as she played with his hair.
With a look of pure love, Sebastian spoke, "If I had the power the wonderful state of Utah granted to marriage officials I'd marry you right here right now."
His voice was so sweet it made Dallas weak in the knees. If she was standing she was sure she'd fall. She loved when he spoke so in love, nothing in the world could beat his tone.
"Let's elope."
Dallas' statement surprised them both and she thought about it for a second, the idea was truly perfect. Sebastian looked at her with a dumb smile on his face. He could see a moment of hesitation but eventually he saw she was being serious. No words needed to be exchanged as the car filled with laughter and cheers.
Sebastian quickly pulled the car over and ran out to the other side. He opened Dallas' door and pulled her out as he embraced her with a big hug and twirled her around. In their eyes this was the moment they became husband and wife. It felt impossible to love anything else as much as they loved one another.
When Dallas was standing on her feet Sebastian took her hands and spoke, "I've never been good with words but today Dallas I vow to stand beside you for the rest of my days. I promise to honor and support you in everything you do and I promise to be your biggest fan. I will not live a day without saying your name. You have saved me and you've shown me what it means to love endlessly and unconditionally. I love you Dallas and I want nothing more than to be your husband. Forever and always."
