Elemental Lightning (Laxus x OC)

Chapter 10

(Harper POV)
I hate hospitals. I hurt all over but I had to get up. I groaned as I sat up. "Harper stop trying to push yourself." Bixlow was worried about me like always. "Hey where is Laxus?" Bixlow gave me a weird smile. "You like him. And I don't know where he is." I was shocked and I was blushing. "Oh shut it Bix. I guess I kinda like him." He just smiled even more. "So I am gonna get out of this hospital and start training again." He just shook his head at me. I was out of the hospital in a couple hours. I went back to camp and Jax tackled me. He hit my ribs and I screamed in pain. He let me go and helped me up. I went to cave and I grabbed something out of my bag. I got a lacrima out and it was filled with fresh air. I breathed it in. I felt relieved and I already felt my bones healing. I walked out of the cave and went to the trees. I loved the outdoors. I sat against a tree and I hear someone coming. "Found you Harper." I saw a yellow haired Laxus standing over me. He was really a giant. "Why did you leave me Laxus. You left a couple minutes after I woke up." He just shook his head. He explained that he went and put the guys who hurt me in jail. He looked at me and he gently grabbed my necklace. "I have always loved this necklace. When you would come back from a job and people would be mean to you. You just hid in a corner and grab your necklace. You were always so brave. You had an amazing spirit and never backed down. I have always loved you for that and more." He actually said he loved me. I reached my hand up and put it on his face. I rubbed his cheek with my thumb. "You know Laxus. You really are amazing. People are scared of you but I don't know why. You make me smile and make me feel happy and whole inside. I know you have been through pain and more than everyone else. You are special and you deserve a girl who can make you happy. But I don't think that girl is me. I am nothing and too ugly." I turned away and was about to walk away. "Harper." He grabbed my wrist and turned me around. He wrapped his arms around my waist. "That girl who can make me happy is you. For the seven year I was gone. I dreamed about you. I was to stubborn to admit my feelings. Harper Redfox I love you with all my heart. So will you do me the honor and be my girlfriend?" I was shocked by this an nodded my head yes. He smiled and I wrapped my hands around his neck. "Laxus. I will be your girlfriend and be happy to have you by my side." I didn't get to finish because he cut my off and kissed me. I kissed back. He was gentle and kind and he smelled of a storm. We separated. We walked back to the came and sat by each other. "Hey Bix. Don't be mad but I am dating someone." He looked shocked and jumped up. "Who is it? I will have to have a nice talk with them. They better not break your heart. Tell me who it is." I just smiled and he gave me a dirty look. Laxus laughed. "Bixlow. Her boyfriend is right in front of you. So you chill out." Bixlow just stared at him and then looked at me. I nodded my head and Bix just sat down. I set up my tent and went in. I had my sleeping bag and a thick blanket. I grabbed my blanket and walked back out to the fire. I sat down by Laxus again and I layed my head on his lap. Jax snuggled up next to me and we both fell asleep.
