Chapter 2 Oh My God

(Laxus POV)
It was just a normal day. Gray and Natsu were getting into it. I was in the corner booth with the Thunder Legion. They were all talking about our next mission. Someone entered the guild. They hid there body by a cloak. But they had a very nice smell. Like smoke and a nice breeze. "Who are you?" I said in a manly voice. They ignored me. I started to get mad because no one ignored me. They went up to the bar and asked about the old mad. They had a creature ok there shoulder. It looked like a dragon to me. They came out of the Masters office with Gramps. Everyone started whispering about them. They had to take of their cloak to be able to get a guild mark. She took it off and I was stunned. She had scars all over her body. She was wearing a kinda of combat outfit. She had her guard up. She turned her blue head and I saw her face. She had a scar over her right eye. Her turquoise eyes mesmerized me. She went up to metal mouth. They are siblings so that is great. I just kept drinking my drink. She is a dragon Slayer and 4th generation. Elemental if I am right. She is actually very pretty. Bixlow came up to us with his arm around her. I guess they are a thing and there goes my chance. "Guys this is Harper. Harper this is Freed, Evergreen, and our amazing leader Laxus." Man that gets annoying. "Bixlow talks about the Thunder Legion all the time. He talks about you a lot Laxus. They all worship the ground you walk on. Oh an I got to go Bix. I need to make money some how." I just smiled at this comment of her. "I don't need help. I fog need the famous Lightning Laxus to steal my thunder. Bye guys." I can't believe people are still calling by that stupid nickname. But I started blushing at the smile of hers. I got up and wrapped my arm around Bixlow. "I need to talk to you." I walked away and with him and went to a part of the guild that no one could hear us. "So are you and Harper a thing now or not." He stood there shocked. "Laxus no. We are just really good friends. I met her on a job awhile back. We became siblings. Not by blood but by heart. It's our saying. I helped her fine her brother. I like and love her as a sister. But wait. Do you like her." I tense up and leaned against a wall. "You do. You totally like her." I scratched the back of my hard with my hand. "I got this weird feeling when she smiled at me. She talked and made a joke about my old nickname. I think I might have blushed." I could feel heat rising to my face. "You are so blushing but the there are some problems Harper has. She finds it hard to trust people. She has been hurt s lot. And abounded. First her father wants to kill her, then her mother died, then her dragon leaves her. She had to fend for herself. When she met me, she was 12 and living on the street. I invited her to live with me. She is still living there. She was so scared that she couldn't be alone in the dark. She is hurt and has put up way to many walls. I broke through them but it took me years. So I am glad that you like her but keep her safe." He patted my shoulder and walked away. I sat on the floor and started thinking. I can't believe I actually like a girl I just met. But I actually wanna date her.
